Don't expect a showy U-Haul rental facility. This is a used car dealership and auto shop. However, they had my equipment rental in stock and ready to go. The check in process was a bit slow but that was in part due to technical difficulties with the computer. In the end, though, I got the trailer and was able to move my furniture. It all worked out.MARK G.

This place is one of the dirtiest and sketchiest places I've ever been. It's a used car lot in the middle of nowhere. The office is filthy, smelled terrible, and the agent didn't even turn the light on (if it worked at all). Fly traps hanging off the ceiling, dirty chairs for us to sit in, and the carpet was so gross that I'm not sure you could even peel it off the subfloor. The agent didn't use the existing order I completed online and instead created a whole new order which had me returning the truck at an earlier time at the dropoff location. This caused the dropoff location to promise the truck to another customer before I would actually have it returned, and then called me when I wasn't there at that time. UHaul needs to send someone to check this place out and re-train the people because I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.Brad B.

There was not complete instructions for drop off, was there over 30 minutes trying to figure it out, and just left the vehicle outside the gate, first location l was supposed to go to doesn't even take u hauls anymore and then you wanted to charge me more in gas after the one aroundKimla L.

The pick-up location was changed the night before to a location 15 miles away instead of 2 miles away. When I arrived at the location, I started the online check in process. When I made it to the step where I obtain the key from the lock box, I opened the lock box, and the key was not there. I would not have been able to move the truck anyways because the lot was secured by a locked gate. I waited 45 minutes for the workers to show up to unlock the gate and give me the keys.Daniel S.
I was charged for extra day when i picked up at 6pm and place was closed next day with no way to return. I returned by noon and they double charged me without a phonecall or any other kind of communication. I haven't heard back from anybody on this matter but i expect full reimbursement for all charges. No exceptions. Or just like any other place that steals money they will be reported to the BBB.Bryon H.
I'm concerned about the check-in process. First it took nearly an hour for help because the owner of the location was out of town and the staff did not know how to do a Uhaul check-in. A copy of my credit card and driver's license was left on an unsecured desk with all the doors open. My sensitive information was relayed via telephone despite having all my information on file. This was a very poor experience and I did not find this location appropriate. I have since flagged my bank account for fraud verification as the owners had individuals casually strolling around the property like it was a party. This could not have been more stressful.Leah R.

Staff were new to U-Haul. Hook up to my vehicle was incorrect. Pointed out to employee and he said it was correct. Drove to my residence and correctly connected the car carrier. Only one safety chain connected along with the breakaway for the brakes. He wound the chains around the tongue of the car carrier. No slack in the chains. Otherwise all was okay. I believe they are new operators and just need some one on one training .Johnnie M.
