Had a problem starting it, the steering wheel won't turn and had to call Enrique for help said to turn the wheel sideways same time as turning the ignition, happened again and again. This problem should never happen.

The drop off location was not a regular store. The gentleman that helped me didn't know how to get in the computer system. He had to call several people to assist him. I was there about 40 minutes.

Location was very disorganized and had to call somebody off site to complete the rental. Couldn't even find an employee at first. This was NOT the location I selected when I made the reservation, which was disappointing. This probably added at least 10 miles to my rental just to drive it home, which I then had to pay extra for going over the mileage.

Vehicle return exasperating. No guidance to return vehicle and computers were down so had to call customer service to finish return.

We had trouble using the apps for rental

Uhaul in general was not easy to deal with. Place of pick up had no record of our reservation. We had a 24/7 pick up and we never received instructions. Site gave keys to us. Next day Uhaul called to ask if we still needed a truck and then cancelled it. We were already using the truck. Also, way to expensive for 1 day use. Drop off location had no record of us dropping off truck. Finally were able to get thing figured out. No discount was given and there should have been. I will use Penske next time. Chris Holland
