Clearer pick-up. If keys are supposed to be in the lock box that's where we should find them. You should not have to call u-haul only to be given unhelpful advice.
Kris RMy wife and I rented two trailers from uhaul. Each from different locations., mine from this location, hers from another. Rentals were for hurricane relief to our friends and family in Florida. This location had well maintained equipment and very friendly service. Not so much with the one my wife rented ( total disaster with hers). I'd recommend this location to my own grandparents. Pleasant experience and great service. Maybe all locations should be as attentive!!!
Matthew HLocation was a gas station with one older lady working there. I had to hook up myself and drive to the front for her to take pictures. Top all off I was billed for blankets they did not have and was told I could drive 30 minutes to another location but no offer to refund
Jim MSales associate didn't want to send the property with me mybe because I'm African American / I would love to know if anyone else had similar problems/ First tge truck wasn't there , even though I'm looking at it , Next couldn't find the keys, gave ne wrong code numbers to locks , call online to complain suddenly the keys were discovered/ horrible experience

ALVIN TThis written review has nothing to due with the place we picked up this particular truck. The website is horrible and hard to navigate. U haul still owes me money due to a truck we first picked up and broke down. They are now refusing to pay my hotel and dining needs due to their faulty equipment

Michael DThe process of picking up the trailer was very time consuming, and the wiring harness was missing from the trailer. This is a gas station, and we had to constantly wait and be interrupted between gas station customers to get through the process - most of which was filled out online. Also, THE RENTER (me) had to move other equipment out of the way just to get to the trailer to pick it up. I should mention that this was the SECOND attempt at trying to rent a trailer in a 24 hour period (ask me about the 1st), and I'm basically finished with UHaul unless it's an absolute LAST resort.
Joshua VI arrived at the location to get my trailer. There was not a wiring harness on the vehicle so I could not use it. I would have had to use the trailer without having tail lights, brake lights or blinkers. Obviously not an option. I proceeded to spend the next two hours on the phone trying to get a trailer bat another location. That was two hours of my life that I will never get back. I was never able to get a trailer and y'all still owe me $35.00 because I prepaid online. Your company has some major logistical issues and you need to fix them. I hope for the sake of the employees you are able to. Penske charges more but the rental process is flawless.
Michael AThis drop-off location did not comply with stated operating hours, but this didn't cause any problems. I had to take photos of everything and show them to the single gas station attendant who checked it in. He was super nice and professional. Overall good experience.

Ashley CI will never rent from uhaul again! I was accused of not returning the uhaul, then 2 weeks later I was charged for another day!
Leslie CMy utility dolly was not provided, yet I was charged for it and the location refused to handle the issue. The truck was filthy inside and out to the point that I had to spend a half hour cleaning before I felt comfortable being inside it. I have video to show the condition.

George AThere was no paperwork given, no summary of all the charges until 2 days after my rental. The location was not professionally run in my opinion. It was Essentially just give the customer the keys and take the keys back when they return. Maybe I'm just old fashioned. But this no way to do business in my opinion
steven bMy truck broke down on the way to final destination and had to be towed thee rest of the way. Then after I unloaded it was again picked up by a tow truck. The truck experienced a front tire blow out and severed the brake lines. This was on a busy interstate and was able to keep control of the vehicle and make to shoulder on side of road. I think I should have been compensated for the incident as most would have crashed the truck and caused themselves bodily harm
William WNo walk around. A truck with 1700 miles on it was damaged when I arrived. The truck itself was great. Everything worked. As a customer it did stress me out about the exterior damage. I took photos before I left. Just incase someone tried to blame me. The checkout 9n the truck was quick.

JUSTIN CGet them to report trailers turned in on time, recently I received a bill for nearly $ 3,000.00 as a result of them not reporting trailers returned, it was however cleared up.
JAMES OLocation did not help me to connect the trailer to my tow vehicle, nor did they even come outside to verify that the trailer was secured correctly. Most Uhaul locations I have been to at the very least make sure the trailer is secured, and I was very surprised about this lack of care.
John WThe lady couldn't work the computer. I was there for an hour. She told me she didn't work for Uhaul and got $3 for rentals. Told me that they couldn't leave the store to help me hook it up. A customer helped me. When I returned it I had trouble because the lot was so dark I couldn't see. The man inside said he would look at it after he closed. 10 minutes. I opened my car trunk to get enough light to figure out the hitch lock.
freda sNo staffing was present to hook up equipment, did paper work over the phone with the owner, when asked who is going to help me hook up the trailer, she informed me to ask a customer to help. No walk around was done, I hooked up the equipment myself and left.
Frank HThey weren't expecting nor were the ready to check equipment out. Had to wait over 30 minutes just to get started. Then they had to call some one who knew how to work the system. They were nice but not prepared.

Larry JONCE AGAIN!!! The location that I was given on the internet when I book WAS NOT EVEN THERE!!! THERE WAS NOTHING AT THE ADDRESS, WHEN YOU TRIED THE PHONE NUMBER IT WENT TO VOICEMAIL AND THEN NO ONE RETURNED YOUR CALL .... THE ABOVE PLACE WAS NOT MY ORIGINAL PLACE TO RETURN!!! I HAD TO DRIVE TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE THAT WOULD ACCEPT THE TRUCK AND THEN YOU CHARGED ME FOR A LATE DROP OFF / EXTRA DAY!!! How could I return it on time if the place didn't even exist?? what kind of money trap are you running ... this is completely unacceptable and I plan on blasting my experience everywhere I can!! YOU OWE ME A COMPLETE REFUND FOR MY CRAPPY EXPERIENCE! Moving is stressful enough without you messing up both the pick and return of my truck!
Leisa SThere was no one there to hook up the truck and car hauler,the two that was there didn't have a clue on how important is for safety reasons to insure everything is hooksure ted up correctly, I had to hook up the trailer to the truck load my Corvette on the trailer secure it on the trailer, I served 20 years in US Army and I realized how important that good training is to make

Steven MI rented this truck with APP for contactless rental. When I arrived at rental location, the reservation wasn't secured and no key readily available. Although they were nice about the situation, they didn't have my truck reserved using the app. I will NOT use the U-Haul APP ever again !!
Lisa LI reserved a 20' to pic up in Clanton,Ala.and drop in Helena. Got email niite before that pic up was in Calera which was 30 minutes away. plus they only had a 15' available which meant i had to make 2 trips instead of one. not a happy camper.

Chris BNot just this location but several within a few miles that I went looking for the proper trailer. It was not clear where the desk for the transaction was located and it turned out to be a gas station. Person responsible was not easy to identify and less than interested in the transaction. Had to get on the phone with someone offsite to rent the unit over the internet apparently, which I tried to do before I gave up and went on a physical search. The online app was less than helpful.
paul sThere was no one there to hook up the trailer for me and I am a women and can not lift a 200lb trailer by my self. Also it was located off the pavement and there a drop from pavement to the gravel where the trailer was. Thank goodness a customer at the station saw me struggling and helped me out. Also the lady who handed the paperwork was not in so I had to talk to her on the phone and give my personal info as well as my cc info on the phone on the middle of the gas station
Leslie LNot overcharge them like i was overcharged and have someone that knows what they are doing the customer service was horrible. I will not recommend that location to anyone and i will never use them again!!!!

Nicholas HGo elsewhere. Nothing was ready I had to wait for the lady to re print everything I did online. Did not have the equipment or supplies I needed. Office was behind the counter in some gas station, dirty and will never use this location ever again.
Jarred MU-haul trailer was parked behind a 10 inch concrete drop off. Literally had to pick up U-haul tongue and pull up over to concrete. Then, once I hooked up trailer I had to get tires up over the 10 inch drop. Location had plenty of room to park trailer ON the concrete, not behind it. They did not even check to see that we had hooked up the trailer correctly. No service at all. The trailer looked like someone had hauled an engine in it as there was motor oil on the floor. Not good for me when I used it to haul furniture.

Kenneth LThey were not even there during regular business hours and the phone number given was never answered. I dropped off the trailer at another location. I will never use UHAUL again and I will forever trash UHAUL on the net, every chance I get. Bad business. An icon in moving has become a slime con gamer, ripping "families" off. Shame on UHAUL.
Stephen CHad a 26' truck reserved for 7am. The location told me they don't do U-Haul rentals until 8am. Had to call another lady, who spoke poor English, to get the truck released. Set my move back nearly an hour. I also had equipment reserved that I was informed wasn't available when I arrived. Making my move much more difficult. I would have given 1 star, but they did manage to have the right truck, so...there is that.
Chris VManager was not available, lady behind gas station counter wrote down the information. For a receipt, I received a hand written note on a torn piece of paper. My personal belief is they did not represent uhaul as well as others
Kurt ATook 30 mins for them to figure out how to do paper work, and then no one to help hook up trailer. (But one of the ladies that worked there tried to help me). I currently have 2 charges pending on my credit card and have not rec'd confirmation that they checked it back in.
