Had absolutely no issue with this location they went out of their way to help. Problem I had was that my local dealer had no stock of anything. So was going to have to travel 20 plus miles to pick up. So I reserved the trailer for 1/26 morning pick up. No confirmation call from any one so I started calling. Place renting from appears to be closed due to illness. Apparently has been for a bit. So he has equipment that no one else has due to this. Gentleman from location I finally picked up at was nice enough to pick up bring to his location. Which I had to in turn now drive 30 plus miles to pick up. I asked u haul rep if was anything I could do to maybe drop off here local at no extra charge due to the run around on the pick up. Was told no had to go back to them or get charged the higher rate. I find this not acceptable for customer service. Had I not called several times and would have showed up and not had trailer available. Your representative was very nice and helpful with everything else. Just not able she said to help with any customer help!!! Place I picked up and dropped off even asked me if they we’re going to let me drop it off local for my trouble. They went out of there way to help by picking up trailer and having it there for me.

I have no qualms with the dealer. The online U-Haul check in gave me a hassle. I rented a truck on a Saturday while the dealer was closed for the weekend. U-Haul support was able to start helping me after about an hour wait. Customer support was friendly and helpful. I wound up about 2 hours behind schedule. It was concluded there had been a glitch in the system. I was pardoned a portion of my payment.

I rented a car dolly the lights didnt work on one side the swivel was to loose and it cost me $114 dollars not happy and would like to have at least the 40 dollars back that was taken off my card today

Well I am gonna go ahead and get it out and say that the mileage was wrong at time of departure as it stated different on the paper and the fuel level was also wrong as well showed on paper half tank. But actual level was just a little over quaterand not a half then charge their customer and extra 13 or 14 bucks after the initial charge of 110. For only having the truck 3 hrs and driving just shy of 90 miles
