Dropped truck off by 2:25pm on 4/10 at this location, when office was closed for lunch. My card mistakenly charged an additional $40.00 plus tax for extra day by “Brett”, who did not log in vehicle return until past deadline time. On 4/10, I reported this to Kaylee at pick up location in Henderson, NV, who said they could not issue credit at that location, and had her manager call corporate who was supposed to call me. I never received that call, and charge has still not been reversed after 6 days. Please correct this ASAP. Thank you.

Mason A- Employee had a good attitude and was trying to make things go well. Computer system was giving him trouble, which wasted a lot of time. - Truck gas tank was 1/4 full, which not only puts the burden on me to get gas before I even get started wit my move, but now have to judge how much gas to put in the tank near the end so as not to unnecessarily overpay for gas, a situation that could have been completely avoided had the truck been full. - Truck cab was dirty at pickup - One of the auto transport wheel straps had been cut short; something that was not noticed until we loaded our car. Obviously, an inspection had not been done prior to renting it out. Called uhaul, they said we would receive a callback from a local dealer who could help. Never received a call. Horrible experience all the way around with this!
Zachary AI was charged $15 for insurance which I didn’t want, not sure if it auto-applied when I checked in - but I shouldn’t have to pay it. Other than that, the truck and staff were fine.
Melody BOffice was closed, no answer on phone provided, uhaul app did not work for return. Was extremely frustrating.

Felipe RPicked up my car after hours key was in the wrong box called the hotline and was transferred 3 times hung up on the first call and then the second rep I got was very rude to me this was my first experience with U-Haul so not a great one for first time.
Kameron RThe gentleman was very helpful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the office wreaked of stale cigarette smoke in everything. As a former smoker, I much more sensitive to the difficulty of breathing in that stale air.
Chris BTravis was an excellent Manager. He maintained consistent communication throughout the booking process. We discussed that I had a 2,800 mile move and he assigned me a very new, well maintained 26' truck. The truck performed extremely well over the 3.5 day drive across the country. He was even able to locate a lock for the truck after hours. I was very appreciative of the great service.

Jeremie PWhen I dropped of the truck, I gave the man the keys and asked if I needed to sign anything or check out the truck and he said no he would check it in and I could leave. So I told him that the dozen blankets were in the back and showed him two spots where there were scrapes that the rental in Atascadero put x's on and then I left. About 2 hrs later I received a notification from my master card that there was a $58.50 charge for gas from U-Haul. I called the rental place and told them that I returned it with the 1/4 tank that I picked it up with and he said it was only 1/8 of a tank. I again told him that was not true and he never verified that with me and I did not sign any paperwork stating that and then he said angrily that I was disrespecting him, and he just hung up on me. I truly believe that he filled up his own vehicle and charged it to me, because I know for a certainty that I added fuel to make it a 1/4 tank and then returned it. I know he ripped me off. If this is how U haul works I will never us U haul again nor recommend U haul to anyone else.😒

BRAD J$1.09 a mile! I made a short in town pick up, had the van less that 2 hours, and the milage was more than the rental. I'll try Ryder or someone else next time.

gary cNo one was there, even though we arrived during normal working hours. The office was a shack. They left a note on the door with the phone number, but no one answered. We left the truck with a note on the windshield that we would return the next morning. When we did, again, no one was there, but someone in the auto sales office next-door took the keys end it seemed to know the U-Haul person was out of town, and said they would take care of it. Quite unnerving.
Betty MThe man that runs the place had just had heart complications, so he wasn’t there to check us in, but the owner at the lot was there, and he was very friendly and helpful
diane mI made arrangements on line for a 6X12 trailer, when my son went to pick it up he was given a much smaller trailer and told that was all they had. He brought it home and it was clear by looking at it that we would not be able to load even half of the items we were moving. Unfortunately the location had closed by that time and we had to wait until the next morning to swap trailers which was more of an ordeal than it should have been given we were given the wrong trailer in the first place. That put us 1 whole day behind in our moving experience. My recommendation would be to call the day before and confirm that what you have in your conformation email is what they will have onsite for you when you go to pick it up.
Shannon GHours of operation said they were open until 530pm. Got there at 5 and nobody was there, called and nobody answered. We were returning a trailer and the Spaces to return the equipment was full and it was slightly on a hill so we had to find rocks to put under the trailer tires and barely had room to squeeze in. I ended up doing the self return but it was not a great experience and if your business hours are posted you should be open for business or at least answer your phone.

alax jI gentleman that tried to help me was not knowledgeable about the Uhaul brand.He should have known the truck would not fit on the car hauler.Also he he assured me the car hauler would be at his location in St George for me to pick up.That was not the case.He lied to me on this whole transaction.I had to travel 100 miles to get the car hauler and bring it back to St George.Up in Cedar Utah were I picked up car hauler that gentleman assured me the truck would fit on car hauler also.These gentleman need more training.I am not happy at all.Traffic finally gave me two more days to complete my trip for all the problems I went through.

BRENT WBest location in St George! I have had the unfortunate opportunity twice to drop off a truck at the location on 958 N 1100 W, St. George, UT 84770 and would NEVER recommend that place. But this one is 5 stars. The lady that helped me was maybe the most pleasant uhaul employee I have ever met. I didn't get her name but she was working Wednesday May 3rd 2023 at 4pm.

Kevin EU-Haul did not have a current contract with the drop off location and it was not updated. However, Spackman storage was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to take care of the situation even though they were not under contract with U-Haul anymore.
KEVIN CRented this trailer on 3/13/23 with a P/U time of 4 PM and a return date of 3/15/23 at 4 PM. Returned the trailer at 4:30 PM on 3/14/23. P/U time was 3:52 on 3/13/23. So, I guess your policy is to charge for a full day rental even though I only had it for about 38 minutes into the second. Seems a little me to that charging me for a full day's rental is over the top.
