Unfortunately our original order got messed up and cancelled. So I got that remedied but we had to drive the additional two hour round trip to the Lewiston ID location to pick up the truck. Which wouldn't have been so bad if we hadn't just drove 6 hours from portland oregon to get to our destination. In addition, this location didn't open until 1pm. Which hindered our ability to leave to head back to Portland at a reasonable hour. It was a mess.

The UHAUL location in Pullman, Washington is horrible. They cancelled our long-standing reservation just to rent the trailer out to others. It was complete bullshit. The location is Lewiston was amazing.

I was very disappointed with the drop off process. I don't understand how living in 2020 that you cant confirm a drop off location at time of pick up. until i made a point of stating there would be issues with the new requested drop off location were they going to give me more days and miles. let alone the additional gas i had to use. I would have just taken the truck back to the location i pick it up from that evening. You all need to work on your system for drop off and show it when reserving the truck like you use to.

My rental truck had a severe vibration at hwy speeds... very annoying and tiring to drive this truck w either a bad u-joint or wheels that need balancing!

Due to the inexperienced personnel the dates of pickup were not correctly added to the contract, which caused us an extra days fee. It has been frustrating and a mess to try to straighten out.
