Brian HI stated in my reservation that I wanted to return this to the Alexandria location, but I was repeatedly sent 70 miles out of my way to Glenwood. This is absurd. Move your own damn trailers or pay me to do it!

Tom NAt the time of pickup the 20’ truck was clean. It only had a quarter tank of gas rather than a half tank. When we got 30 miles down the road the driver’s window fell half way down and would not go up. The 3 hour drive was extremely uncomfortable since we are in MN and it was only 1 degree outside.

Diane SOur first Pickup was in Montevideo at Caseys . Our uHaul did not come back that day and we were suppose to pick up at 9 am. The store didn't even open until 10 am. We drove 50 miles and then uhaul said the uhaul would be in Monday. 3 days later. We feel it would have been notified the trailer was not coming in.

JON CIt was an easy online process, but it did take a bit long to get verified and get access to the keys in 25 degree weather. The appliance dolly I reserved was not on board but refund was quick.
Lori OI asked for a dolly cart and did not get one so it made my move so much harder than it should have been. I self checked it out so the business was closed that day so no one to talk to.

Lynda BThe uhaul was full of snow when my brother picked it up. I reserved one for Hettinger North Dakota. Not available in North Dakota. Told me I could drive to Pierre South Dakota to pick one up. 500 miles round trip. The only place I found one was Glenwood MN 470 miles away. We had to pay for gas all the way out to North Dakota and the heater barely worked. Then my mom could not ride in the cold truck out to MN so I had to pay a neighbors gas all the way out to MN and back to North Dakota. They are charging me 59.50 for less than a 1/4 tank of gas and trying to charge me for extra miles. They gave me 1194 miles I didn't go over but they still are charging me being over. This is so wrong.
Derrick JOur original agreement was to pick our 26’ up in Alexandria but it wasn’t returned even in aft so we lost a whole day of packing it So glad Shutters transferred our forms to Glenwood They were great

BROCK SI was disappointed in the dolly & pads attached to the back inside wall of the truck. We didn’t need them & they took up space we could have used to pack. If we wanted them we would have chosen to rent them. Other than that, it was great. I appreciated the call 2 days before our move letting us know that we couldn’t pick up the truck at our preferred location but it was available nearby. That kept our move on schedule. Thanks.
