Staff went above and beyond to get me going! Trailers passenger side clearance lights did not work. Didnt know till dark out.
Dean EStaff was very helpful - I would definitely recommend this location! It is a little stressful that things could change and the truck isn't guaranteed. We had no issue but it is a little concerning.
marla uThe truck cab had not been cleaned and smelled horrible, the lock that was sold to us didn’t work on the truck, they didn’t have all the blankets available that we ordered, the facility was not clean and smelled like smoke
Janine FEverything was good. We didnt fold the blankets up and were kinda told off about it. Didnt make time to fold them as we needed to get truck back. Last tine we used uhaul we waited an extra 9 hours ti get our truck but no compensation . And also paid 220 for fuel when they said it was full!!! So 6 unfolded blankets shouldnt have been a huge deal! (And the truck outside was filthy dirty) . We swept inside when we dropped it off but inside there was red splattered on the wall.

Jan SI rented to 2995 vehicle was advised I had to pay 3995 is that is all they had was charged for blankets when I told him I had no use for them. They were simply stored in the truck and charge for a dolly when it is advertised as being included with the truck rental …not impressed
Debbie GI went to get my keys from the lock box and they weren’t there. I spent close to 2 hours on the phone being transferred from one person to another. The code that they gave me for the lock on the truck was wrong the first time I tried then finally I was transferred again to see if they had given me the wrong code. I tried again and they had gotten the two letters mixed up the first time so I tried again and it still didn’t work. By this time I was mad there were no other trucks available until the next night. I pulled on the lock and it finally opened. I was supposed to get a $50 credit on my account for the inconvenience but that never happened either. I won’t be using U-Haul in the future.
ELAINE GPlease, please, please get trucks with cruise control. There's fuel saving tips stickers all over the truck telling me how to save fuel, yet the NUMBER ONE way to save fuel is to set the cruise AND NONE OF YOUR TRUCKS HAVE IT! Very disapointed.
michael hMake it clear that when dropping off a truck when the location will be closed that if you were seeing the online account to report the drop off that the person using the app to report must be at the drop off location so that the GPS used by the auto drop off will except the customers online report.

Rod RNot everyone is "online" or comfortable doing all the required license and check in stuff online. We tried but couldn't get our information in so had to phone the location when they reopened to complete the check in part.
Wendy NNot much to say except very friendly staff and good selection of trucks and will rent trucks more often rather than bother friends or relatives for the use of their trucks.
Murray SNice people. Two came out to undo the straps and check the tow dolly. Good instructions on where to park. Left my car there and returned the truck the next day but couldn't do the online after hour return online because the return drop off place was wrong. Don't know who did that. Anyway it is there at Ebel Road. in Weyburn. Dropped the key in the box. today April 21st at 7pm approx.
Linda MChecking in was a mess. Location services did not work and had to wait on the phone for tech support for an hour, the customer service rep was very helpful once we got to them. The vehicle was dirty when we received it, not a good first impression.

Kirkland KSomething went wrong with my assessment of the vehicle which resulted in me getting charged $25 for fuel after bring the truck back with an extra 1/16 of a tank. Still waiting on my refund.
Dylan SKey was not in black lock box but in back of truck. This business is closed on Saturday's, with no after hours phone number, so it took me an hour or so to finally figure out where key actually was.

JOSEPH SWe returned our unit on a long weekend. The Weyburn office gave us instructions on how to return the unit when their office is closed. They provided a phone number in Manitoba which was of no value because the individual did not answer the call (several attempts) and I could not leave a message because his voice mail was FULL! We tried checking in on line, which I was unsuccessful in doing. We tried the 800 number provided on 2 occasions and waited for more than 30 minutes each time...finally gave up!
