My location was excellent, my experience prior to interacting with this location was 0/10. Customer service was abysmal, they sent me to the wrong pick up location and booked me a truck that was not available for the time I requested. Sam at spare cube was the most professional and called around to try and find me additional trucks to fill the time I requested. Overall, I spent more time on the phone and trying to problem solve issues that should not have been issues than I did unloading because I could not use the time I booked due to poor inventory management. I am grateful for Sam at Spare cube for giving me the most time she could with my truck to still honor the other reservation made prior to mine. Sam gets an A+, U-Haul customer service gets a D-.Daniel C.
I've been a UHaul customer for many years. My experience at this location was one of the best. Truck was clean and in good shape, and both of the representatives I spoke with were very professional, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this location.Justine D.
The online check in and check out is more convoluted than it should be. It took way too long to return my vehicle because it couldn't determine my location no matter what I did. I had to wait a long time for someone to help me on the phone. That person was incredibly kind and helpful btw. I chose this location because it was closest but next time if I need a truck on the weekend I would opt for the further away location just so there is a staff person available and I can avoid the hassle of using the online system.Elizabeth C.

The interior of the van could have been a bit cleaner. There may be a benefit from cleaning the inside of the windshield, and mopping the vinyl floor of the cab and the rear of the van. But, otherwise, thank you for making this rental experience smooth and easy.Marc A.

You can start by cleaning your vehicles before renting them out to customers. I was charged $75 because the company failed to clean the van ahead of my rental, and therefore I was charged a cleaning fee for something which I was not involved with. I will not return to this location and will recommend friends & family avoid it as well.Patrick D.

I booked online and I was never told that if it was my first time booking I needed extra ID or another person as surety. Make this clear on your website at the time of booking so one don't get stuck at pickup location.David O.

I wish the online truck share worked better. I have an unusual driver's licence --military expiration, old, with no bar codes. I couldn't pick up the vehicle because there was no online personal assistance. Luckily, an area manager drove by as I was leaving and helped me out.Alexander M.

Your online app service is absolutely terrible. My ID was cracked a little bit in the top right corner, and the app said it could not verify... Because of a tiny crack... All the licence information was clearly visible. In reality, there was no problem with it. As I was trying to resolve the situation, the person on the chat line was ignoring me for several minutes and after 10-15 minutes, called me and told me I needed another driver, even when I told her that wasn't possible. I waited an additional 30 minutes at the location for the place to open. The woman behind the desk quickly got me ready to go when she arrived. She was great. Your app service was NOT.Edward B.
The truck could have been cleaner in regard to COVID-19 practices. Also some information regarding traveling with a commercial vehicle in regards to parkways would be helpful.James T.

I was scheduled to pick up a van at 8am. First the time was changed to 8:30 without any notification, in order to pickup the keys in the office, which opens at 10am! After calling U-Haul I was asked to check the key box and was given a code. Unfortunately no keys were there and I lost two precious hours despite a well plan ahead reservation.Florent R.

There was a warning light that said you need to replace the tire pressure sensor. Also, I don't really like the new system where I have to check for damage ahead of time and then take photos and fill out forms online. That should be your job. The gas tanks should also always be filled to full so the customers don't end up wasting money at the gas station.Andrew J.

I requested and was charged $15 for furniture pads but did not receive them. I sent several text messages, which they provide to dispute charges, to request a refund and never got a response or refunded. Now I have to go through the trouble of contacting someone by phone in order to get a refund.Migdalia A.
It was my first time renting a van. The office told me to refill the gas tank but it was hard to gadge when it was on a quarter tank. I foolishly fooled the gas tank to full and spent $60, when I asked for the difference they said it was clear in the contract. They should fill the tank and let the people fill the tank rather than guessing. I was disappointed for their lack of clarity.C D.

The self-sign in app was not working properly but the on site staff was very nice and helpful. They took care of the reservation without hesitation. Please fix the app!! This is the second time it didn't work. It freezes up upon sign-in. Thank goodness for the lovely ladies who helped me!Jodi C.
The 10ft truck did not have a ramp. The side mirrors were so dirty that it would have been reckless to operate vehicle. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: THE SIDE VIEW MIRRORS COULD NOT BE ADJUSTED. THEY KEPT SNAPPING BACK TO SAME POSITION. I will never drive another Uhaul vehicle with mirrors that don't adjust. It was uncomfortably dangerous. It's stressful enough to drive an unfamiliar large vehicle, but especially so when standard safety accessories are non working. A scary drive for me. The office staff were excellent and helpful. The maintenance staff needs consideration.Kimberly S.
