Have staff available to facilitate pick up. I was told that I could make adjustments to my reservation at the time of pick-up, but instead had to wade trough the creation of an account in order to get the combination to a lock box that held the key. Cost me an hour. Also, I was charged over two hundred dollars for a 24 hour rental. Outrageous. Somebody needs to call me to straighten this out or I'm going on the warpath to tank your on-line ratings.

Your online pickup system was very slow and keep on dropping out witch resulted in taking almost 25 mins to just be able to get the keys from the lock box. The pickup point DID NOT leave the appliance dolly in the back of the truck and no one was at the pickup point to talk to which made moving stuff around much more difficult then expected I would not recommend UHaul to others as your this was the worst experience with UHaul I have ever had

Well first the screen on the display was not fictional so things had to be done manually second it was dirty and when I drove home which was about five miles away the check engine lite came on …! When I was driving the drivers door open indicator would not go away and the door didn't fully close , the front tires are low on tread and skidded on a thirty five mile per hour turn and last but finally the box leaked and some of my stuff got wet …!!!! This is worst experience I have yet to experience renting a truck . !!! Absolutely Horrible. !!!

I ordered two furniture dollies that were not in the truck! Fortunately, the two men were strong enough to carry my sofa bed and recliner down to my house. This mistake could have made it impossible to move the pieces of furniture!!!!!!!! MAJOR SCREWUP ON YOUR PART!!!!!! And, the cab was FILTHY! There were FOOTPRINTS ALL OVER THE DRIVER'S SIDE OF THE CAB, not just on the floor but on the seat and dashboard!!!!! What's up with that?

The truck was not maintained to a level that was safe. Both front tires were bald and cracked. Part way through the trip I had to wait for road side service to replace both front tires because the tire cords were showing

Hire real people to meet and greet customers. Your system of having to watch a video take pictures and report car damage is your job. There was poor internet and service and slow response from your answering center. If a customer cant pick up the keys at a location and drive away after paying by deposit or leaving credit card info to a friendly person then you have failed the customer. It took over an hour for me to gain access to the keys and later to drop keys off!

The representatives were very professional and thorough. Please note: The owner was on the phone while we was processing in and out the same equipment. Don was trying to make a point that there was a liner in the van rented on 2/1/2022. He states since I approved the condition picture that it was in there and then followed up with the picture was taken on 1/16/2022. He confirmed the van was rented out before we rented it on 2/1. We are not to be blamed for a missing liner. It was noted on the condition picture when we re-rented the van on 3/1/2022.

This rental was a disaster!! I will never rent from a uhaul without a desk attendant to navigate the rental process. The u-haul app is a joke. The pictures don't upload properly. It took me about 25 minutes to return the vehicle but it took even longer to pick up the vehicle. Moving is hard enough without having to deal with a process and technology that was built by a novice. I am truly disappointed with my your company. I have shared it on social media.

It would be nice if it was more clear that When you were picking up the vehicle you need to be there at the exact time of the reservation. I was late and therefore I had to wait on hold with customer service for a while before I could get help. Everything else was great!

The truck did not contain any of the add-ons that I requested. This location does not stock them. It's just a place to pick up and drop off the vehicle.

My location was excellent, my experience prior to interacting with this location was 0/10. Customer service was abysmal, they sent me to the wrong pick up location and booked me a truck that was not available for the time I requested. Sam at spare cube was the most professional and called around to try and find me additional trucks to fill the time I requested. Overall, I spent more time on the phone and trying to problem solve issues that should not have been issues than I did unloading because I could not use the time I booked due to poor inventory management. I am grateful for Sam at Spare cube for giving me the most time she could with my truck to still honor the other reservation made prior to mine. Sam gets an A+, U-Haul customer service gets a D-.

The online check in and check out is more convoluted than it should be. It took way too long to return my vehicle because it couldn't determine my location no matter what I did. I had to wait a long time for someone to help me on the phone. That person was incredibly kind and helpful btw. I chose this location because it was closest but next time if I need a truck on the weekend I would opt for the further away location just so there is a staff person available and I can avoid the hassle of using the online system.
