JORGE I.The location is not my problem I used the 24/7 service and it was the worst. And the rates are way too expensive I accidentally replace too much gas up on returning the truck and that was not deducted from my total as you have to take a picture of the before and after because of all the bureaucracies that was not told to me when I called and reserved the truck as a first time user I was super late for my appointment and journey.
Oniel R.The only reason I rent a truck from this location was because the truck from the first location was unavailable when I went to pick it up . She told me when I went to pick it up that whoever had the truck never brought it back. I had to go to two other places and then finally at the third I got a truck. Not even close to what I need without the proper tools so I was definitely disappointing.

william S.Had a reservation they stated they open at 9 i did the mobile check in the lady didn't show up until almost 1030 to open. I showed her my phone like it told me to so they can see I paid and checked in she was rude made me give her license and credit card again cause she said she don't want to pay for the truck herself (made no sense) then she told me I had to return before closing when I informed her that I rented the uhaul for o longer time she told me "thats not my problem you need to take it up with uhaul " I also rented a dolly when I got to my destination there was no dolly in the truck like she said there was. OH AND NOW TO TOP IT OFF MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED TWICE so now I'm dealing with that

DAVID G.Not very friendly. Asked about a receipt, was told no. When asked about some kind of proof that I dropped the trailer off, was told : “no, and if I didn't like it, take it somewhere elseâ€. Very.poor customer relations. She needs a lesson in how to speak with customers. Definately not an asset for Uhaul

joe P.Ease of checkout. I put credit card, phone number and personal information in online yet when I showed up all the same info again was input. A verification process would help. Other trailer worked fine, clean and was a breeze to hook up and go.

nicholas V.Clean the trucks. There was a bad smell in the truck. I did not use the air conditioning for this reason. I wiped down the inside with Clorox wipes because it was not clean.

JOSEFINA E.I was over charged for the rental. When I called I was told $19.95 for the day. When I arrived I repeated the price to the woman of $19.95 and she said nothing about it being $29.95. I wasn't presented with a contract only signed on a screen with nothing on it. I was hurried out being told the contract was sent to my phone. I only used the truck for 25 miles and the mileage was right and I put two gallons of gas in it before returning it. I did not find out until the next day when I went by that I was charged $29.95 for the rental. I was scammers by the lady. I am going to contest this with my credit card company. I told her but she didn't care and said I could rent somewhere else if I didn't like it. Worse experience ever with u-haul dealer.
Wendy M.Picking up the track was easy and simple. However after we return the truck we got charged for 2 days. So I called the lady that we dealt with the day before, and all the Sun she did not speak English and had no idea what I was talking about. Had to sit on hold for a long time just to get somebody over the phone from you haul to take care of the charges. The weighty that I spoke with over the phone with you haul, was a supervisor and she was amazing. We got the extra charges handled, however the store that we dropped and picked it up from was horrible.

Michael C.Clerk had a heavy accent and hard to understand. When I rented the truck on Saturday she said to return it on Monday since they were closed on Sunday. When I got there on Monday she said she had to charge me for another day because I didn't return the truck Sunday. She did not tell me that. I will never go there again.

thedora S.There are many, many Hertz pick-up and return locations in Port St. Lucie. But all seemed to be full to capacity. The above location, which is well run, was quite far (8+ miles in city traffic) from the turn-in location I had requested when I made my reservation - and where my ride was waiting. Not a huge problem for me, but it was very inconvenient for me.

jorge I.Im bothered that i paid for 24 hour rental and was told by the lady i must return it at noon the next day when i rented the truck at 545pm. I called customer Services at uhaul was told i was able to keep the truck 24 hours. So i did return the teuck at 545 pm the next day. The lady running the store when I rate on me when I came in to check in the truck and started screaming about how I was supposed to return the truck at noon I explain to her I called customer service they told me that I'm allowed to keep the truck till 5:45. The lady scream something in Spanish and then something in half English about how she is closed on the 4th of July and won't be back till Friday and I was concerned that she would probably charge me the three days until Friday which one I called customer service the customer service Representatives did recognize that the clerk at the store did not close out my order so she had done so for me so I would not be charged till Friday.

jorge I.Not everyone has a phone with GPS the women working could not tell me which side of the highway she was on nor the name of the plaza she was in! Her English was not very good. Polite in person when I got there but did not even look at the truck, which was fine just like I got it and I turned it ina day early.

We waited 45 minutes trying to find someone to inspect the truck to avoid issues in the future with overcharges and here we are with an overcharge of $107. Gas tank was left half full and now that I check the bill they are saying it was completely empty. Very sketchy location. Will take all necessary actions to fight this charge in court if needed.
William G.I was lied on the contract of how much gas was in there, the gas was on the half and I called her and told her I was not signing the contract because the gas was not on Full she said she was going to take care of it when I dropped the truck off. The mileage was a lie they said I went 69.5 miles that was a lie I only moved 5 miles away from my old house ! We made 4 trips!!! They charged me for a dolly and furniture pads and we had are own dolly that was not a baby dolly like theres. We never even touched the furniture pads because we never used them before. I've used U haul for many years and enjoyed them but no longer will I be a customer. This location is ridiculous. first time and last.

DOTLIN W.The tow dolly tire strap was torn half-way and the owner insisted that nothing was wrong and I was creating unnecessary complications. She was unwilling to hear my concerns or help. U-Haul customer service (which I called) confirmed I should not use equipment that raises any cause for concern and found me another tow dolly across the street. The gentleman at the 2nd location was helpful, but also had to go through 3 tow dollies prior to finding mine because the tail lights were not working. This dealer canNOT be trusted and should no longer be renting equipment out to others.
