Picked up U-Haul on Thursday at 2 PM.Returned on Saturday at 3:15 PM. I was charged a day's rate for 1.25 hours. She didn't go check it in until I requested a receipt. They rented it out the same day and were paid by another renter for the same day I paid for! They double dipped. Also, I had it reserved for 2 days and they called my Saturday morning asking why I hadn't returned it on Friday afternoon and that someone was there to pick it up. Frustrating experience. Using Penske next time. Cab was not clean; sticky stuff around drink holder, dust/sand all over the dashboard and console.Gwenaley H.

The 20 ft. Truck worked ok. However, the AC only blew on defrost setting me. That's Ã nnoying with 100 degree heat. We ordered an appliance dolly and a regular dolly. They only supplied a regular dolly. I called them the next day and they had an appliance dolly so I went to pick it up and they had 5 appliance dollies sitting there. The fall art the front desk was nice and helpful but my overall experience was not the best.Paul M.

Nothing was wrong with locations the issue was with Uhaul itself giving us the run around multiple times it was exhausting, we originally had a guaranteed pickup and got a call that they moved our pickup location 50min away (while we would still pay for gas and miles with no discount) they were not helpful at all and wouldn't help look at other locations so I had to call back in and talk to someone else who was able to put us in a 15ft truck at the previous same location we set up so we were asking about our $50 back since they messed up she said they would do it in the store, we go in the store and they do not do the discount even after we asked they said they can't and we have to call uhaul again. They also had a 20ft truck available for pickup and drop off even though the woman I spoke to on the phone said they aren't renting out 20-26ft trucks in our area the day before. Once we picked up the Uhaul and got home since they guaranteed everything was ready and the dolly was inside we opened it there was no dolly, called the store and the ladys response was â€œdid you open the back and look on the right side of the truck.â€ Now I'm not sure how stupid she thinks I am but when I said yes we opened the truck we can fully see the back of an EMPTY truck and she again said the exact same response so I had to triple tell her we did not and do not have a dolly and I had to go back to the store and what do you know there is the dolly. Anyways this was extremely extremely stressful and very disappointing because our first move across states with uhaul was great but this really makes us never want to use uhaul again.Mark W.

Have back yard paved where all equipment is stored. When I disconnected the trailer from my truck I slipped in a big mud hole sending my head into the tongue of the trailer. NOT GOOD. Would strongly recommend suspending all rentals from and to this location until a permanent remedy has been applied.keith G.

The U-Haul kept pulling to the right and it made it difficult to drive straight without having to do a lot of micro adjusting. Too many conditions and possible imposed feeds for anything and everything.Daniel J.

I wish there were more clear instructions on where to bring the trailer. I pulled to the front but then the worker had to back the trailer out for me and bring it around back to a dirt lot. It would have been better if there was a drop off sign.Britnae S.

The trailer I rented had issues with the electrical system. Turn signals wasn't working the entire 2200 mile trip. Ive used Uhaul many times over the years, never an issue till now. I suspect the trailer wasn't checked before I picked up to make sure the safety systems was working correctly. Highly disappointed, made the long trip challenging to say the least. Glad I had my wife following me the entire distance. All equipment should be thoroughly checked before each customer rents the equipment. Safety is number one priority these days. Again very disappointed in uhaul this time. Wish I'd spent my money with a competitior this time. Next time I will after this experience.Travis F.

They didn't have our truck there and didn't have one to give us and then a truck came in two hours later and we had to go clear back 20 miles to get the truck after we had went 20 miles to get the truck and we had a reservationJEFFERY T.

Be more up front about costs. "Refill gas you use" is great and all, but since the vehicle's are never full, it is almost impossible to do exactly, so tell people up front what the costs are gonna be for returning without refilling. Just an example.Matthew E.

The parking lot is so full all the time with project cars, there isn't anywhere to park. That is my only complaint. The desk girl is cute and very friendly and the guys I've dealt with have been friendly and courteous. I will rent here again.BRIAN A.

The strap on the appliance dolly had a cut 3/4 of the way through it which made it almost impossible to cinch it tight enough. So, I would just suggest regular inspection of the equipment. Otherwise, very positive experience.Scott J.

The truck was quite dirty on the outside and ice frozen up the ramp mechanism. Took me 10 minutes chipping away at the ice for the ramp to work. In the cab there were m&ms on the floor with some other kind of nuts. The gas level was not correct when I got in the cab. The level was at .6 full of a tank. I had to put in more gas the .75 full tank level otherwise I would have gotten charged for not putting enough gas in the tank. Checking and out was very quick and professional.Joshua V.
They were nice but not willing to help to much the trailer was full of snow I had to sweep it off and my hitch was just barely to tall and I was told you should probably go home and get a different one I told him I leave 3 hours away so he told me I could go to lowes and buy a different hitch that was lower so just to say I spent other 100 just so could drive back and pickup the trailer.melissa H.
The location is fantastic. I've rented here a couple times before and they're always friendly and organized. I've also taken my car here for repairs and love that service as well. Nothing but good to say about them. The Uhaul website is aggravating. Multiple pages of items that I'm not interested in renting and the "No, I'm not interested in extras" button is tiny and hard to find. It could be much quicker by having all those items on one page (which it does at the end anyway) and selecting what you're interested in, but that would be too easy and make too much sense.Israel R.
