The only thing was I got double charged for fuel. I stopped and put 5 gallons of gas in it. Then I got charged as if I hadn't put any gas in it.

The parking area for the trailer was pretty tight. I was able to maneuver the trailer, but someone inexperienced would have had a hard time. Check-in and check-out were fast and everyone I spoke to were courteous and helpful.

I had taken the time to check-in online to save time. However, in the end, they had to end up creating an entirely new order for me due to how the system was behaving. I even got a text from a different U-Haul location confirming my order with them. I also had problems with the online checkin system giving me 404s and taking me to dead-ends in the process. It also was confusing to use.

Steve handled things very well. It was hassle-free and I was in and out for check in and check out. I put a little extra gas in the truck and he prorated some of the money back to me. Great customer service!

I ordered an appliance dolly that was not included with the truck. I had a three-day rental and it turned out that I only needed it on the third day, so I returned to the store and got one. No big deal. But I was also charged for furniture pads that came with the truck. We didn't break the seal on the pouch containing the pads, so we should't be charged.

The guy told me that if I got the 10' box truck that it was only $0.79 a mile and I was charged $0.99 a mile. He told me that since I wasnt going to have it back until after 5 pm saturday, I could just use it for the whole weekend and have it back by Monday morning befor they opened and I would only be charged for the 2 days plus $0.79 per mile. But I was charged for 3 days and $0.99 per mile. The contract showed that the gas was full when I picked it up but the gauge read a little over 3/4 (about 7/8) I was to tired and exhausted from the move to deal with it so I returned it on a full tank anyway.

Steve was the guy that helped us. He very rude and made it a very stressful pickup. We ended up calling customer service to get it all worked out and get the equipment. Will never go to this location ahain.

When I filled up the fuel at the gas station it said it was at 7/8 right were it was supposed to be. By the time I drove 3 miles it went down to 3/4. They then charged me over $26 dollars for fuel. I will never use the dealer in Spanish Fork again! Very disappointed!!

The mileage was wrong they charged me for an extra 2 miles and 8 dollars for gas I put gas in it before I returned it I even took a pic of the mileage and gas gauge

Working with Spanish Auto was a breeze, pulled in checked in, trailer was brought right to the rear of my truck and hooked up by the tech for me. Only problem i ran into was I forgot my trailer light adapter and thought i was out of luck but they sell them there at the shop for a decent price and i was on my in minutes.

The truck seemed to Meander (wander) a little from side to side. Could not tell if this was normal or it needed some work. Only drove it a short distance.

I was told to fill the tank with gas before returning the truck, even though they gave me the truck with half a tank, I drove the truck for 12 miles and it took 100.00 to fill it all the way up, called Uhaul to check if they will be willing to return some of the money and they guys told me NO because he will be taking a loss on the rental, so I spent 100.00 on gas plus 85.00 on the rental just to use it for 12 miles. I will not recommend Uhaul to anyone. You will be better off and go with another company . But Never rent from Uhaul.

I absolutely loved my experience at Spanish Auto. They went above and beyond, I appreciate and commend them. But UHAUL, im not a fan of. You guys left us stranded for hours. Worst customer service ever.

Don't say insurance coverage is required. It was a couple hour rental and my credit card includes coverage. That seemed slimey and inflated the cost.

I was informed that a 15 foot truck would be sufficient but I received a 20 foot truck. It was so small that I also had to rent two trailers at a great cost to me. Since I originally requested a 26 foot truck. I am not happy about that at all.

8/29 - Made an online reservation for a 15' truck from Provo to SLC with drop-off in SLC. Pick-up time 8:00 am. 8/30 - Got an email saying that my reservation had been changed to a different location and 7 hours later than I had reserved. I was never notified by call/text/email that the truck was changed. I called uhaul reservations immediately and I was told by uhaul reservations department that I should have got a call from the manager of the original reservation location, but I did not. I found out on the day of the reservation that the woman I was talking to about this reschedule had canceled my reservation without my consent or desire to do so. 9/1 - Call into Uhaul reservation to confirm that my truck won't be delayed and I am told my reservation was canceled. I told them I never had canceled it and I needed a truck. Cade Fischer made me a reservation for a truck in Spanish Fork which is a 20 minute drive south of my house. He told me that he would submit a Customer Action for me to get that 20 miles reimbursed to me. I go to get my truck when it is available and the manager at that location tells me that the truck they reserved for me cannot be dropped off in Salt Lake City and so I would not be able to rent the truck. Somehow this manager who was very helpful found me a truck that I could drop off in Salt Lake City. Overall this was a hugely bad experience and has really left me with a horrible outlook on uhaul as a company.
