Checking in on the app is horrible. Just get rid of it. Waiting for some unknown person to spend 15 minutes processing your check in while you stand in the cold and rain is unacceptable when you still have to go inside to get the keys. The person in the location took two minutes to do what the app couldn’t. I won’t use the app again.

I’ve already spoken to someone about our poor treatment before traveling. So i’ve made our point about that lack of knowledge on the part of three different employees not knowing the policy of adding a driver, but after we turned it in a day early (and refilled the gas as we were told), we were STILL charged for five gallons of gas and a cleaning fee! We will not use UHaul again.

This was a great Uhaul rental location. The office attendant was very polite and helpful. When he realized the truck I was renting only had a 1/4 tank of gas, he immediately apologized and offered me a furniture dolly at no cost to help make up for it. I would recommend this location every time for all Uhaul related rental equipment in the Spanaway area. Great experience. Thanks for making my moving experience easier.

This guy was super helpful and tried to get the system to remove the additional milage fee because he understood that is going over milage was not in my control. However he was unsuccessful but he still tried. He apologized over and over again even though it wasn't his fault that I got the run around with the drop off location issue. He took responsibility for something that wasn't his doing.

We move alot! and this uhaul location was amazing! The manager had just what we needed and was very helpful. Our truck was well maintained and clean. Check out and check in was quick and painless. 😀 the location was convenient and close to gas stations for a quick fill up before returning the truck. I highly recommend this uhaul dealer!

Tony and Eryn are the best! Definitely a hidden gem in Spanaway, no other facility comes close in matching them in the realm of customer service. I definitely recommend them and will be a repeat customer for sure!

This is hands down the best UHUAL location I've rented from. Tony is amazing, polite , personable, patient and made what can be a stressful experience smooth and fast. If we need a uhaul for any reason in the future I will definitely be going back to this location and only this location . 5 stars 🌟

We waited an excessively long time for service and were not greeted. The truck was filthy inside; half eaten candy bar, sticky stains and food on the floor.

At the very last minute my reservation was pushed back by 2 hours. I had movers at my home standing around for 3 hours waiting for me to return with the uhaul. This amounted to hundreds of dollars lost. When we got there, the representative had trouble checking us in (although I had already done that) and it wasted even more of our time. We were doing a move across the state and this set us back over 3 hours. At the end of the day we lost out in money and time. Very poor experience.

My contract required me to have the truck back at 9am. The problem is this location does not open until 10 on Sundays. Returning back home used gas and added more miles. Thus causing more cost even know I left a message at 9am proving I was there. Improvements? Contract should been adjusted for locations hours.

The service was friendly and the vehicle was in great condition. I wasn't given paperwork or an email with what fuel was in the truck. It was not full so when we refueled we overfilled it by probably $40. We used so little fuel we should have just let the location fill it at the $6 rate. The manager did show us paperwork she had that indicated the fuel gauge but she kept that and sent me an email with what looked like terms and conditions but no fuel gauge. Feels pretty shitty to not be given paperwork or documentation showing the fuel gauge before we departed although that was information the store had. The terms of the contract state that a customer won't be repayed for an overfill. Hard to not overfill when you don't have all the information in hand at time of fueling. Feels like a minor scam to not have a full tank in the truck but whatever. We'll eat that cost. Won't be back or recommend this shop.

Allow customers at least 24hrs to recover any left behind items they may have forgotten or left behind before discarding. Luckily for me i called just in time and the young lady Spanaway Express explained to me the policy but was kind enough to hold on to my ratchet straps and allowed me time to retrieve them and insisted I did not need to repay her kind gesture I offered coffee, lunch or even $20. Aside from that y'all are awesome Fast Friendly Hassle free!!!!! Will definitely be using Spanaway Express for all my Uhaul needs.
