Wr had ants inside of our rental. We didn't know because we loaded at night. Once we started driving they were coming through the vents and were in the cab. Once we reached our destination we noticed they were in the back also and were on our belongings.

Uhaul really blew it on my scheduled move this time, I had a 26 foot truck reserved at a location near my house and had spoke with them and said I would need to extend my rental because the house was not ready yet and we did not want to load and unload the truck but once. When we picked up the truck, we were able to keep it only 3 days due to the fact that the truck had already been reserved for Saturday. They even threatened not to rent it to us. After a lot of stress, I was able to work it out and return the truck on Saturday, but this will be the last time I use one of your trucks.

The location is very convenient. I was able to leave from work, pick up the cargo van and complete my task with time to spare. The van was in great condition and topped off. The attendant was courteous and provided all the information I needed after a polite greeting.

I think the rates need to be explained more in detail. If I had known what the total was going to be I probably would've went to Lowe's or Home Depot. I rented a 15ft truck for 29.95. I used it for 3hrs & right at a 100 miles. The deposit on my card was used plus I owed $50 which totaled $129. Not a good deal for a few hours.

My first impressions were a good one of the staff at the West Park Place location. But the end result left a bad taste. When we got in the truck and left the gas was quarter of a tank of gas. When we put the return gas in and returned it we put it back to the same position. Now when she gave me the paperwork what was on the paperwork did not match what was in the truck. In my rush i should i have caught the difference at the time of pick up. So shame on me. But when i called back back to the office to discuss the final bill, she nice nasty told me there was nothing she could do. Her reading when we got the truck was a notch above a quarter of a tank. So shame on me for not make an issue on Saturday but you would think customer support would have said i am sorry that we didn't catch it at the beginning instead there nothing we can do.
