It is very rare these days to get excellent customer service. Leslie was awesome! She was so helpful, informative, and went out of her way to make the moving experience pleasurable. You couldn't ask for a better representative of uhaul than her!

Road construction going in on the driveway leading to pick up office. No signage pointing to office... construction made for a concerned drive to pick up and leave with the truck.

The service at Space Shop was outstanding! They were professional but friendly. The truck was ready to go, and I was explained everything I needed to know. The nice lady that helped me even gave me advice and encouragement when I said I was nervous about driving the truck! I will definitely use them again.

I had ordered an appliance dolly. I called the day before to confirm they had all the equipment available and they confirmed. The day of the pickup the appliance dolly was not available. As a result it took extra effort to move my appliances with the smaller dolly. All other aspects of the rental were pleasant.
