I was charged I believe fora furniture dolly and I did not get one because the location didn't have one. Which is ok but I prefer not to be charged for it. The same goes for furniture pads. I was charged but never got them.HEIDI B.

The lock box where the key was located, lock box 1 was too high for me (a 5'7" female) to reach. I had to find something to stand in to be able to open the box to get the key. That is my only complaint. Everything else was good. Gracias.Julia W.

the actual office portion is clean and inviting, very open to guests. however there were homeless people out front who had obviously been there a while. didn't make me feel super comfortable. the clerk was very helpful and super courteous.Amy Y.

The truck was quite dirty upon pick up. Also, after driving the next day, it was clear that it was not checked at all since a wiper blade was completely shot. I had to stop during my travel to have it replaced.JEREMY B.

Your online check-in process was a mess. I took pictures of my driver's license to upload. When I clicked on choose file it kept opening my camera. I finally went ahead and just had it take a new picture and when it did everything reset and I had to do it over again. That happened twice. If you want people to check in online make it work. It was extremely frustrating and I almost just left the place. We finally completed it because the employee, who was wonderful, took care of it without me having to do it. The virtual experience was miserable.WILLIAM W.
