Sean KeenanThe office person was not there when we arrived. There were two phone numbers taped on the building to call. We called them multiple times with no answer or call back. There was also a sign that said that they would return an hour from when we had arrived. We did arrive a day early to drop the trailer off thinking they would give us a discount because we dropped it off early. They said no discount which is fine. It would be good if the phone numbers the office staff provide could be answered or the calls returned. We left and came back in an hour and were able to return the trailer.

It’s so sad to say I have live in Chicago my whole life and been in Texas for a short time and I can’t believe how the people are here so kind, friendly, don’t think of themselves, and care for people. Thank You U-Haul inTexas, Hoffman Estates go back and relearn your job code on how to treat your customers. Remember customers come first. Thank You 😊 hopefully the next person gets treated better then we did. Texas your professional on all levels thank you again.

Dawn FinnemoreI have rented from uhaul several times this has been the worst visit so far i could not understand anything the lady was saying due to her being so far away and only being able to talk threw a small hole she sent me to get the trailer and install myself i have never had to install it they always do but i had to due to her never coming out ( i was the only customer) so she wasnt busy she didnt check the lights correctly eather due to her not turning on my headlight to see if the daytime lights would work and when i turned it in well thats another story horrable service
