I wasn't told the truck I rented didn't have a ramp and that made moving pretty difficult. I also didn't like that you advertise 19.95 but then it ends up being $60 atleast because of insurance. U should make that more clear. The location doesn't have cell signal and I had to call customer service because it wouldn't pick up my location. I spent almost an hour outside in the cold trying to confirm my pickup. The truck was helpful but a lot of hassle.

Habitat RestoreFirst off, the 10 minute 24/7 self check in took me 2 and a half hours and the web site kept kicking me off. Then when I got to the part to show the truck damage and show what was on the truck and show that there where huge scratches on the passenger side before we ever even got the keys, the website threw me off and I couldn't sign back in to show my pictures. So if I ever rent again I'll do it in person. Or find a place that is open all week not just 4 days a week.

CRAIG BELMONTEFuel in Truck was completely empty. Was siphoned dry. Went to start truck and wouldn't start due to being empty. Set me 2 hours behind schedule with all the phone calls I had to make to sort things out. Plus was charged $222 extra for fuel consumption that I didn't even use. Very poor experience.

Roger HessIt appeared the truck wasn’t wver cleaned. There was inches of grim. Thankful I had my own Clorox wipes to wipe it down. The wipes were disgusting after. Also the Uhaul district manager took it upon themselves to change our rental from a pick up truck to a cube truck without notifying us. We are not happy

Stella StrohI wanted to use truck share but your requirements, are ridiculous! Nearest living relative? Employer? It's an invasion of privacy to have to include them in the process, wifi in rural locations like Marquette is spotty, guy said I would have to stand next to the building to get it to work, far from the truck. I picked up a day early so I could go to the coutner. Far as Im concerned you owe me a days rental. If there was another company out in the sticks I would have rented from them. I'm telling everyone I know what a circus you run.

Taylor BohinskiHeadlights were aimed too high. A small car on the trailer and most of the cargo between the axles on the truck should not have dropped the rear so far that the brights were lighting the treetops. Everything else was fine.
