I declined the insurance. As per usual I set up everything online so I can just pick up the truck, but this time I was told they had issues and then they asked me for my credid card again (suspicious) but I still gave it to them. Then they say its all good and gave me the key so I assumed everything was the same way I ordered it (it was not). When returning the truck I notice an extra charge and yes it was the extra insurance, I told them I declined it and on top of that they didn't ask me anything but they didn't care. I don't mind the charge but I hate how they imposed it, didn't say anything about it and then show how they don't care. Definitely not going back to this place.

I was supposed to pickup on NC-42. Already left my credit card information and DL was uploaded then they email me and said to pick up on NC-242 which is further away. I should have had to pay extra for the miles I had to go from there!! When I got there they said I wasn't supposed to pick up until 4:30 and had to show my email to pickup at 12:30. There was no truck there. She had to call to find out what happened. Then after about 30 minutes standing around waiting to find out what is going on then it shows up and said there was a mix up. Then had to pay 100.00 up front to hold which they had my credit card info. I wasn't told that. When I brought it back the woman said it was full of gas when we left with it which it wasn't and tried to keep my cash instead of using my card so I had to argue about that too. OMG.....REALLY??? Finally got that straight but no I wouldn't recommend.
