JANICE W.The 6'x12' box trailer was difficult as it didn't have a trailer Jack to help get on the truck hitch ball. Very difficult by myself ! Also had older style bolt/ nut hitch which wasn't very safe as it backed off 1/2 way during 300 mile trip but thank God I had a south Louisiana district mgr , Jody Mayeaux, noticed trailer wasn't towing properl and called to get my name and phone number through UHaul and alerted me to stop ! He was very courteous and helpful to properly secure hitch then asked me how was my rental experience which until this time wasn't the best ! Your Tylertown , Ms location didn't have my reservation unit there and I had to be relocated to the Kentwood location . Mr. Mayeaux also gave me a credit for troubles! He is a valuable employee for your company!!!!
