They reserved a different truck for me than I had reserved. It took 45 min wait on phone with Uhaul to figure out why it wouldn't let me start the pick up process. I picked up with 24/7 pick up and there was no way to contact someone to try to change it. The Uhaul also was not parked where it was supposed to be so it took me a very long time to find. It took me extra time and trips because of the truck size. Would not suggest picking up from this company outside of business hoursSamantha K.

Provide a padlock and put the padlock key on the same keychain as the truck. If the customer loses the padlock then they have to pay for it.Ricky K.
I had a E-Alert on my account that was not provided to me before picking up rental. It's not the fault of the location it the poor customer service of the District and Corporation for not notifing me when I confirmed my rental to contact someone to clear the issue up. The issue was over 5 year old and it was because I refused you insurance because my insurance covered me for rental of pickups and vans. Made me waist 30 minutes of my time and then has to force.the district rep to find someone to ear the issue before is sue which I still may do.Darren K.

Ford van ran well without any issue. Gas mileage very good. Bad tire sensor showing on dash not really an issue but should be corrected since it somewhat worrisome. Also oil maintenance indicator needs reset; was told oil changed but indicator not reset. Wiper washer was empty so I filled it myself. Inside windshield was dirty and needed to be cleaned, so I cleaned driver side. All in all van served purpose well with few issues as notedPeter D.

They should take care about their trucks. Maintenance alarm was fleshing and brakes were liking.MARIANNA S.
We were to pick up our truck at 3 pm but it wasn't returned until shortly there after so we had to wait for it to be inspected. The inspection was not very good because when we got in the truck we realized the passenger side windshield wiper was missing and the driver side was damaged and zip tied on. The facilities suggestion was to put a face mask over the missing wiper, which was not acceptable since we were driving cross country. Since the facility wasn't able to assist we had to take the truck to another location to have the wipers replaced so we had to spend an hour getting this done before we actually got to use the truck. The people at the other location were more apologetic and helpful than the place we picked up the vehicle.WILLIAM R.

Parking arrangements are horrible. Bring the trailers out in front of business versus making customers back a trailer through a narrow 50-yard long drive way then to make a 90 degree turn into a very tight spot.MICHAEL H.

The area in which I was to park the van was very small, cramped, and not well lit. I was very afraid of hitting another piece of equipment while parking in the dark. Also, there is absolutely no lighting in the front of the building where the drop box is, so I had to use a flashlight. Area and lack of lighting made me feel uneasy. I reserved a truck at the King Street location. When I arrived I was told I had to go to the Wapoo Road location. I was not impressed. I made it to my pick up location and the check engine light lit up. U-Haul said it was ok to drive it as long as the performance had not changed. 100 miles from home and not feeling very safe.Douglas R.
It was quick and painless at this location. Only drawback is you cannot park your car at the location so I had to park at a church across the street and down a bit. Loved the girl that waited on me. Will use again!!Michelle W.

When truck was picked up it was obvious that it had been wrecked. The good wouldn't close and the entire front bumper was about to come off. I dropped it off at Oceanway tires in Jacksonville FL and they were shocked at the condition of the truck!ASHLEY G.
Make sure the truck you have ready and reserved is in good working order. My original equipment had a broken roll up door which would not close and they sent me off with it. If it wasn't for the app forcing me to do a full walk around and check I probably would have taken off down the road with the door up. They were apologetic and got me a replacement on the spot quickly. They should have thrown me a slide count for the trouble but overall my experience was positive and I would both go back and or rent from them again.Bradley T.
