Location was super convenient and easy to get in / out of with my 15' truck. Downloading the App in advance made "after hours return" unbelievably easy. Just snap a few picts and drop the keys in the box, no problem! Thanks so much!

I had to figure out without help why there was a padlock in the cab. Eventually, I figured out it was to lock the back of the truck so that no one stole the dolly and blankets. Also, the app was difficult to use and I didn't get it to process un great til after I dropped off the keys. Therefore, my photographs are not the best.

I picked up my U-haul with the tow dolly only to discover the ratchet straps on the tow dolly were tangled up and unable to be loosen once I arrived back at my apartment. So I took it to a local U-haul down the road from me after discovering this issue and one of the employees tries to free the strap for 30 minutes and doesn't have any luck. All he recommended me to do was to call roadside and that he can't help me anymore. So now this is going on 2 hours and wasted nearly a half tank of gas running around trying to get this issue resolved and after several phone calls with a U-haul rep and waiting on the line for 30 minutes they schedule a tow truck to come inspect the ratchet strap. The tow truck driver shows up and spends 25 minutes untangling the ratchet strap and is finally able to free it. So now I'm nearly 3 hours behind and I request a compensation claim and I get approved for only $50??? No phone call, no email, just a measly $50 that barely covers the gas I had to use up while trying to resolve this issue. This will be the LAST TIME I use U-haul ever again for my moving needs. Unacceptable.

My reservation had been cancelled even though I had pre-paid so I was given another truck and the check engine light came on in less than a mile. I called U-Haul and they said drive it and I did make it to my destination but not without a lot of stress.

Pricing was not made clear and I was not charged correctly. I was told $66 and was charged $84. The people at the facility were inexperienced and unorganized. Truck was dirty and had no way to turn on front lights during darker weather and rain. I will not be recommending this location to anyone.

This location was hands down the most pleasant U-haul experience I have ever had. Super nice folks, equipment was ready when I got there, hookup took no time, and after-hours drop-off was hassle free. 11/10 would recommend.

I had a little difficulty finding the key lock box. The picture in the app helped, but I had to search for several minutes since the location looked to belong to the building next door.

They reserved a different truck for me than I had reserved. It took 45 min wait on phone with Uhaul to figure out why it wouldn't let me start the pick up process. I picked up with 24/7 pick up and there was no way to contact someone to try to change it. The Uhaul also was not parked where it was supposed to be so it took me a very long time to find. It took me extra time and trips because of the truck size. Would not suggest picking up from this company outside of business hours

The ownership is not keeping up with the vehicles or inventory. Staff handling the pickup and returns were professional but the trucks and inventory of additional items(dolly, hand carts,...) are non existent.

Provide a padlock and put the padlock key on the same keychain as the truck. If the customer loses the padlock then they have to pay for it.

I had a E-Alert on my account that was not provided to me before picking up rental. It's not the fault of the location it the poor customer service of the District and Corporation for not notifing me when I confirmed my rental to contact someone to clear the issue up. The issue was over 5 year old and it was because I refused you insurance because my insurance covered me for rental of pickups and vans. Made me waist 30 minutes of my time and then has to force.the district rep to find someone to ear the issue before is sue which I still may do.

Ford van ran well without any issue. Gas mileage very good. Bad tire sensor showing on dash not really an issue but should be corrected since it somewhat worrisome. Also oil maintenance indicator needs reset; was told oil changed but indicator not reset. Wiper washer was empty so I filled it myself. Inside windshield was dirty and needed to be cleaned, so I cleaned driver side. All in all van served purpose well with few issues as noted

I was told I could drop early and they would be available until 1:00PM arrived at 12:45 PM no one was available. Called and was placed on hold for over an hour and finally was able to get someone and they were very helpful.

We were to pick up our truck at 3 pm but it wasn't returned until shortly there after so we had to wait for it to be inspected. The inspection was not very good because when we got in the truck we realized the passenger side windshield wiper was missing and the driver side was damaged and zip tied on. The facilities suggestion was to put a face mask over the missing wiper, which was not acceptable since we were driving cross country. Since the facility wasn't able to assist we had to take the truck to another location to have the wipers replaced so we had to spend an hour getting this done before we actually got to use the truck. The people at the other location were more apologetic and helpful than the place we picked up the vehicle.

Parking arrangements are horrible. Bring the trailers out in front of business versus making customers back a trailer through a narrow 50-yard long drive way then to make a 90 degree turn into a very tight spot.
