Richard GMy reason for an average rating is because I was billed twice for the same rental. So until someone can explain to me why I receive two bills this is the best rating I can give. Unhappy customer.
Christine QThey were closed. I just dropped the truck off.
JOY RProblem was NOT with this location. Original truck was rented at White Plains location and "check engine" light came on before I got 5 miles away. I had to drive an extra 45 miles to get the good truck. Trucks should be checked by your people before they are given to a customer. Second issue was that second location kept loosing you web site while trying to check me in. Took 1.5 hours to get second truck. Third issue was that I was told there would be no extra mileage charge for having to go to a second location but drop off said I owed for the extra mileage. Spent close to an hour with drop off personnel and one of your people by phone. Eventually your agent added 50 miles to the contract and we totally rechecked out. The move itself was much easier and less time consuming than dealing with truck problems. 11 am to 9:15 pm is way too long fro a 75 miles move.

john sThis was the most efficient rental pick-up I experienced with U-Haul. The staff checked me in and had me in the truck I rented within 5 minutes. There was no confusion on the vehicle I rented or delay in processing due to only one employee working at the desk. I will go back to this location if I need U-Haul services in the future.

Juanita PJames was great. Kind, pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. He greeted me with a smile and eagerly assisted me with picking up the reserved vehicle. When I pointed out a broken side mirror he quickly replaced it with a more adequate one and provided a new contract without hesitation, Great asset to the team. Well done!

CORA BThe truth is, it was a bad experience, I asked them for a detailed report and they didn't give it to me, they said that there was no one in charge of it, in the end it was $200 more expensive than what I quoted, in my experience 3 months ago in Pensacola I rented a When I returned the truck, they made a readjustment and they even returned money to my card and here it was the opposite and I returned the truck cleaner than how they delivered it to me and fully filled with gasoline and I did not spend the miles that they had assigned me and I returned it earlier of the time

dawn wI am still waiting on a reply as to why I was charged for two days when I returned the truck the next day, cleaned, full of gas, yet was charged for two days. I know I requested for two but returned in one. Was able to complete task in one day instead of two. Can someone please explain to me.
JOCELYN OLocation was ok, easy to find. Equipment that I rented was not available and a refund was not made. I returned the truck within an hour because I no longer needed for its intended use and I was still charged full price along with rental equipment.
Natasha BI did not pick up at the above location. I picked up at Home Depot in Kenner, La. no one checked the truck with us before we left - it had trash in the back. The truck was advertised as having three seats - it has two. It was on empty and I had to stop and get gas before I ran out. The truck itself ran well but the experience was comp,Evelyn disappointing. And no one checked the truck when I returned it either. I could have wrecked it and no one would have known.
ALVIN Lvan had cracked wind shield and filthy. I was not able to move over half the items due to the dirt and dust. the mat in the back was just filthy.

JOHN DThis location- nothing. I was to rent from Associates Storage. The building was locked and closed when I arrived fir my assigned time. Thankfully directed to Southern Self Storage and well received.

Elias CThe only reason I gave the location 3 stars is because the parking lot was small and hard to maneuver, especially a full size pickup trying to pickup a 12 foot trailer. Cars were parked everywhere and made it a bit difficult. The staff however was excellent. The office was clean and neat. Would definitely go there again!
Victor COverall my experience was quick and easy. My only concern was that the vehicle had an terrible oder. I sprayed lysol in the entire vehicle.
