I wasn't able to use the truck. I did not have a code to get a key, and there was no key left in the vehicle. I will never use the website to pick up a vehicle again. It was a waste of money, lost 47$ because i was charged before i could even start the vehicle up.

Complete disaster start to finish. I called 3 times , my husband once to confirm our reservations. I wasn't able to access the texted link so I was being cautious. Lady was rude and disrespectful. Then morning of , husband drove an hour there and back to only be told there was no truck because they overbooked ! Finally located one 30 minutes away to find out no dolly or blankets I had reserved were all loaned out . Then he drove another 20 miles and finally reached our home with a truck. We will never use uhaul again or recommend them to anyone. Disaster!!!!

The guys at Southern Rides were great. My truck was ready when I arrived and the paper work was done quickly so I could get going. They made the entire process fast, smooth and easy.

I would advise against renting for just a 4 hour period. I had the pick up from 12-1:45, 19 miles and the cost was $55. Way too high for so little use

The vehicle key would not fit in the drop box. No one was around and the first customer service rep had no idea what to do. It took me 35 minutes to finally get to talk to someone the directed me to place the keys in the visor and leave the vehicle unlocked. I stated that I would NOT be responsible for the vehicle and he would not acknowledge that fact so dont drop off your rented vehicle unless someone is available to check you back in. U-Haul is notorious for placing added charges on your card that are not justified. And even if it's their fault......

Dustin quoted me a guaranteed lowest price when I initially called about a weekly truck rental. After talking with him, I drove straight to his store and when he attempted to print the contract, it would not state the quoted price. After calling someone at corporate and spending nearly thirty minutes on the phone, still without any change in the computer generated contract, he gave me his personal guarantee that when I returned the truck the price that he gave me over the phone would apply. I returned the truck the following week and was charged the best rate price as promised. You can thank Dustin for making this sale, if not for his determination to honor the originally quoted price, I would have taken my business elsewhere. This was by far the WORST experience I've ever had with uhaul! I spent well over 2 hours on hold with uhaul customer service before giving up and very disappointed. The app would not work during my no buy time return, it was pouring rain, and I was in an unsafe area. I could not get ahold I'd anyone to help me, period. I had to waste gas driving back and forth from the lot because of this issue. And top it off the person at the pick-up/drop off location was very rude and disrespectful. Not to mention I ended up paying nearly triple what I was quoted the price to be when I registered for the vehicle. The customer service sucked. Will not be using uhaul anymore. Unfortunately..

I was charged a cleaning fee that I believe was unwarranted, however as I was a half gallon short on fuel I didn't make an issue about it.

We didn't take a picture of the gas but we know we left it above the requested amount. We were charged what I pay for a full tank of gas in my own car for their claim of it being down a single notch below. That's absolutely ridiculous and appalling to be charge that amount.

The person serving the customer should have more of a "service" persona than a "I'm doing you a favor" attitude. I do understand I was a few late but customers being late comes with the territory. (Believe me, I know) but thats no excuse for not performing and offering maximum customer service.

Reserved trailer on Friday for pickup Saturday in lawrenceburg. Saturday while on my way for pickup I received a voicemail that pickup location had been changed to another location in Lawrenceburg. Called that location and no one spoke English. I looked up location and the website said they were not open on Saturday. Had to call U-Haul and they scheduled a pickup in Frankfort. Frankfort was the pickup place that I requested on Friday and was told there was no trailer available. Very frustrating and will not use call U-Haul again.

Your mobile pickup function is a joke. Worse than useless. If a representative had not been at the location to check me in, and I had to rely on the mobile function to check in, I would have just walked off. I will never rent from your company again if I have to use mobile check in.

I was charged a clean up fee when I left the Uhaul in pristine condition. I also return the U-Haul with more fuel than when I picked it up, yet they charged me a clean up fee which is unacceptable. as a direct result of this experience I will not use U-Haul again whenever I relocate

I really do not like to give bad reviews but i an only be honest, i was told my card was only going to be charged $59.73 and it was $80.00. I made sure I asked specifically because I only had $75 on my card at the moment. He told me to call Uhaul and they could reverse it, when I called Uhaul they told me to go back to the store which they had closed 30 minutes early. called Uhaul again and was told i was going to get a call back and never did. So I'm stuck with the $30 bank charge because I was told it was only going to take the estimated charges, not $80.00. I really don't blame the gut because I had to show him that you could push the red x to use your card as credit instead of debit, he just may have not had enough trainging. I just want my $30 back because I was told one thing and the oppisite happened
