Circle HI had to rent a much larger truck than I needed because there were no smaller vehicles available at this location or the one in Thomson.

Kimberly SThe issues I experienced were not with the location or employees, but rather U-haul as a whole. Somehow, the U-Haul website allowed me to book a pickup location that wasn’t even open on Saturdays, which is when I was moving and picking up. I was supposed to be able to use mobile pickup at the location I ended up using and was completely unsuccessful. Thank goodness the owner showed up AFTER HOURS and was kind enough to help me get the U-Haul I reserved. If not for her, I would have waited on hold with customer service for an hour. U-Haul needs to have better communication and inventory across their multiple locations in order to create a better customer experience. This was an incredibly stressful experience during a move that was already stressful enough. My experience makes me reconsider using U-Haul to move in the future.
Arnie PThe 24/7 pickup option turned into a headache that I was never even offered compensation for. It took three hours the second time that's after I went earlier in the day and wasted an hour to figure out my truck wasn't where it was supposed to and I could pay my help another hour( 2 total for 3 me) 120 dollars lost with no compassion from uhaul. If I didn't have to have the truck I would have definitely not gotten it froM y'all.
Christopher GLocation was fine. But lots of issues with mobile check in that lasted for 2hrs til was able to resolve over the phone with a customer rep.

Gregory RIf the uhaul places in Thomson ga was as friendly, knowledge, dedicated to their job as these folks are they would get my buisness. These folks are a ray of sunshine on a stormy day. It's so sad that most folks dont have the customer service that this uhaul dealership has, because if they did people would use them. If I could I would rate them at super awesome !!!!!
