Overall, experience was pretty poor. I signed up for pickup in waldwick, nj at noon but one day before told north Bergen at 1800, unacceptable. Had to call and rearrange everything. Then, drop off was rte 38 in mt. Laurel but received a call at 0900 that it was elsewhere. At least still in mt Laurel. I did not know I'd be dropping it off at a junk yard, checking out online, taking pictures, and leaving the key in an unlockable lock box. Very poor communication from my experience. It worked out but far from seemless and transparent.

Luckily for me someone lived nearby that worked for U-Haul and saw I was struggling. Regarding my return, again the appliances nor website worked so I was able to, after 15minutes waiting, have someone from customer service finally tell me they entered in on my client info that I was making a return etc
