I rent the truck put inside the key. Door was locked. So U Haul customer service says no charge roadside assistance. But When I return the key office charges $175.HYONJAE D.

The retailers were ok but my over all experience was terrible. I was down graded from a 26ft to a 20ft there night before I was leaving, then my trailer wasn't available where I reserved it. Then when I went to return my trailer so I could unload my truck it was scheduled for somewhere I didn't choose.Terry W.

I reserved my trailer in May. 2 days before I was to pick up the trailer I was notified my pickup location had changed from 5 miles away to 45 miles away. When I called to find out why I was told we triple booked. I was not happy at all! After driving 1 hour to pick up this trailer I was told my order had been canceled due to double booking. After calling a supervisor the rep was told to issue me the trailer and bump another customer. The trailer had damaged wiring harness that had to be replaced and a safety chain was broken. Rep connected the broken chain to my auto using a small padlock. The other chain showed excessive wear but rep didn't have the tools required to replace the chains. With all the double bookings and canceling of orders I felt I had no choice but to take the trailer with faulty safety equipment.Michael K.

The trailer was in terrible condition, one wheel was very rusty and both tires had little tread. In addition, there was no way to lock the trailer to your hitch. Finally, there was no jack on the trailer. This makes a huge difference on a multi-day trip.Jack L.

Guys that were there very unprofessional. Talking about a recent truck that was stolen and they cut into it and kept a bunch of the stuff that was obviously stolen. The truck I got had the catalytic converting cut out and was super loud and didn't really care because the other one they had was they same.Brian R.

I rent the cargo van twice from the same location at 23636 104th Ave SE,Kent,WA 98031 The first time it's ok because I made a reservation online. But second time I been over charged by the coverage $40, and I didn't rent any equipment, such as furniture pads and utility dolly,but I still been charged $48. call me back to discuss this issue please . Truck was not clean as there were cherry pits/seeds just placed on the dash. The driver's visor was broken and I had to use tape to keep it from obstructing my vision. The low tire sensor kept coming on and the reps told me to ignore it as the sensor needed replacing. The parking lot needs to be cleaned. The only consolation was that the staff was friendly and the location was conveniently close to my home.ROBERT HENRY K.
