I called several times as no one was at the location when we arrived. I could not disconnect the trailer. We waited a while and luckily someone else helped us. It was disappointing as we had such great service from the NH location.

I'd recommend the location, but I was beyond stunned at the price for one way; it was much too expensive. I was a bit shocked at getting a cleaning bill. The move was with all clean things, plus I only needed a 10' truck, thru said 20 was all he said was available. I won't use this again for a one-way move.

The uhaul dealer claimed 4 days later after i returned the equipment that I damaged it. He never called me etc. I am a retired Deputy Sheriff and I am contacting an Attorney about a possible lawsuit against uhaul for fraud.

First maybe he should have swept the mouse poop out of the back .... floor boards dirty... trash in floor. Trying to pickup is a nightmare, due to little to no data service... suggest wifi for customers. Will I rent from this location again...probably not!

I had to wait 20+ minutes to be approved for an online/mobile check-in on a Sunday morning. That was very frustrating. Otherwise, it was excellent. Thank you.

The pick up process was a total nightmare. I did the on line registration in advance. When I was contacted by a UHaul rep I ordered a dolly, pads, straps and the bars that help hold things in place. It took an hour from the time I arrived at 9am as scheduled to find the truck on the lot it was not where the app said it was and I had to hunt fir it. When I pulled it up out of the back and up on the lot and opened the door it was completely empty. No pads, dolly, straps nothing. I expect a refund. My only issue was a glitch checking in with my phone. A problem with GPS. It probably was my phone. It went dead battery after several retries. I'm not able to submit this review ?

the person in charge was no help at all.Did not know his equipment or job. wanted help showing me how to pick up truck online...said don't know never done it. took me 2 hours to figure it out on my own. two hours travel time was wasted.

Man working was not very helpful. The tongue was too close to the surface. After the trailer was loaded it was even closer to the surface. Someone other than a U Haul employer was able to flip the hitch and ball over to where it sit up off the surface more. We had a long trip and did not want any problems.

They were supposed to open at noon. I was there at 11:45 and waited until 12:30 and no one came. I did a drop box. It was very inconvenient. Now I have to go back and sign receipt.

The individual I returned the equipment to was not helpful and acted as though it was an inconvenience to deal with me. He had my husband go through lots of effort to put the trailer exactly where he wanted it and then told him to unhook the trailer himself. Unfortunately, this is the only UHaul in this area otherwise, I'd go elsewhere!

The man that called to clarify my bill was excellent but as far as the U-Haul 24/7 experience it was terrible and I will not be using this service again we pulled up to the lot that day and everything about the whole thing was a guess having to walk around the truck and check for unmarked damage was difficult due to truck being parked next to a hillside and lots of damage to the truck to inspect then being asked if the truck was clean which in my opinion it was not due to muddy footprints in the cab and dirt in the cup holder the whole process was unclear, drawn out and aggravating making an already stressful day of moving even more so

The overall experience was alright. The only issue would be communication. I had tried calling a few times with no response, and there was a misunderstanding on where to park my car. Other than that, it was not bad at all. I appreciate the opportunity of renting from that particular location, and I would recommend it simply for getting a rental to help move their stuff.

U-Haul did a nice job helping us rent and return the car dolly. Although the equipment was well maintained, I forgot to tell the rep that the ratchet straps were badly in need of lubrication. I would've done it but my lithium grease was packed for the move. Anyway, we would dedinitely use U-Haul again.
