Very poor service, considering the initial pickup time for the truck was scheduled for 9 AM. When I called to confirm the pickup time changed twice. First the time changed to 9:30 then the manager of the Shell station wanted me to wait until 10:30 to wait for he husband to show me the rental truck. that I confirmed for the pickup time. no help was given other than a pamphlet Poor service overall. please find a new contractor for the U-haul service. .

Customer service was very poor. It could of been because the attendant was preoccupied with her eye procedures.

Staff was unfriendly and negative. Lady sat in an office out of view and yelled things to me and seemed to reluctantly come out. Mannerism or way of speaking was very to the point and made no effort to come out to the equipment to assist in hooking it up to my truck. When I had difficulties she was rude and condescending. Very poor manners.

Find a different agent. The woman that runs this location is rude and ignorant. She accepts no responsibility for her incompetence, instead blaming it on headquarters instead. Believe me, she is not doing U-Haul any favors.

Inside of trailer floor was covers with hay. Anna is worse than rude. With express pickup it took 2 hours to get the trailer. First she had to eat, then took forever dealing with another customer and can not deal with more than one person at a time. Having job that require me to deal with the public during my working career, I have not seen anyone so rude to customers. This location should be closed and given to someone who can deal more favourably with the public. She gives U-Haul a bad reputation.

Close that location. That old woman and her husband are the rudest people I have ever met. I went to pick up the car dollie 9am and by 1:30pm I finally got to get on my way. The old lady said good luck getting insurance on it. Ignorant and rude. Worst experience ever. I would like to report her behavior towards me she left me feeling mad and disgusted with the whole deal

The employees where rude when I called and asked about a trailer, didnt want to tell me what was in the yard. So I went to the location to see if if the trailer was there the lady working wouldnt let me rent it at 3 pm. She told me to come back in the morning to get it, this put me behind by 5 hours the next day for traveling home. Major inconvenience and I had a 7 hour drive ahead of me with my wife and 2 year old. When I went in to get the trailer the following morning the two employees where nothing but rude to me again. They where reluctant to help me and when there where it was nothing but complaints. I will never use that Uhaul again and I'm still very upset at the service as it is not cheap to be renting trailers.

will not use u haul again , on line check in far too cumbersome . requiring to much work. will only use if in person check in available

I had reserved a truck in Prince George, major panic the day before a move to pick up 2 hours south, surely in this day and age you could honor a booking made 4 weeks in advance, moving is stressful enough. The staff in Quesnel were less than friendly.
