You have gone to a mostly self service model putting all the work on the customer. Your logistics are shifty and the equipment is nothing special. Not sure how your company will survive with such a weak value proposition.

I reserved a certain uhaul, when I got to the location, they said “oh sorry our website is messed up” I had to drive 30 min away to only rent a different uhaul, then was charged $300 for dropping it off at a location near me. I’ve reached out so many times and everyone is supposed to call me back, still haven’t heard anything, meanwhile I spent $300 on a $29 rental.

U-Haul on line reservations and booking is horrible. The agents at both ends tried to make a failed system work.

the app was absolutely worthless. I staff checked me out but if i had to pick up using the junk app i would still be standing there. the truck also needed an alignment or had front and damage. it was marginally unsafe at speed

I needed u-haul to move washer and dryer that took me under 3hrs and was charged $53.31 and only drove 7 miles and being the guy I am I filled the gas with $6.00

your other locations need help i already made a complaint today i was suppose to be on a job today im losing a lot of money and i had to come home to do a reservation because i couldnt get a truck all i can say is please train the people you have working its a shame

Align front end; clean cab better- it smelled of cigarettes (dirty ashtray) and dashboard and steering wheel were sticky.

The guy wasn't there when he was supposed to me. He actually never showed. The 800 Uhaul number had to walk someone from the autobody through our rental 30 min after we were supposed to get it. In the end they somehow created a new contract without telling us which of course we didn't sign but yet they debted my account. Very illegal

Drop off location was an auto repair shop, not a primary UHaul store. The location was convenient for me.

Signed up on the web. Quoted $19.95 plus $10 ins. Truck was $95+. Signed up for an 8AM pickuop. Got there at 8, told to come back in about 1/2 hour. "Guy who does the paperworks never in at 8". Finally picked up the van and 3 miles later reserve tank indicator came on. Truck had no gas in it!!!! Needless to say we were extremely disappointed in every aspect of the rental process.

Willie Hill ia a great field Manager!!! He was patient. helpful and really seemed like he wanted me to understand the Uhaul process in securing the truck. I thank him greatly!!!! I realize that Saturdays or this particular Satruday was very busy but he provided me with the attention as if i was the only customer there. Thank You!!!

Location was unattended and closed when I arrived at noon on the Saturday return day although the stated operating hours were 8 am to 3 pm. I left the truck and they called me later to check it in.

Heather was above & beyond the best! If she didn't go " out of her way" to get the 26" uhaul brought to her shop, we might have went to another business, and not have used uhaul! She was fabulous getting this done without us asking her to!! Jason was great when we picked it up! Very polite and very patient when I had a problem with my debit card. I highly recommend auto & truck repair as a place for uhaul due to the both of them! Great service!!!
