They need some offices one guy in the office was complaining to some company about something and was so loudly I could hardly hear the guy was helping me

Everything was good. The office staff were nice picking up the vehicle. Facility was clean and good location. The only problem was that I was told that there was 1/4 of a tank of gas and it was less than 1/8, almost on empty. I brought it back with over 1/2 a tank. Other than that it was a good experience.

U-Haul changed both my preferred pick-up and drop off locations, so I really can not blame this location entirely, however my preferred drop off location was just around the corner from my unloading location (primary reason for choosing that location), and were open until 5 pm on a Sunday. The location U-Haul changed my drop off to closed at 1pm on Sunday, requiring me to bring the truck home for a night (very tight fit in my personal driveway) and miss time at work Monday morning (and loose pay) to return the truck. The attendant that took care of me was very polite and apologetic and explained that "U-Haul does as U-Haul wants" referring to the corporate scheduling. This location was not a U-Haul corporate location, but rather an independent location with poor Sunday hours. Yes, I know U-Haul has a "self check-in" using your phone, but since the app would not work at check-out, I surely was not going to rely on it for check-in. Again the attendant that checked me in was very helpful, and I would recommend them if it weren't for their open hours, which also accounts for the below average rating.

This is the second time I picked up my truck past open hours. It was a nightmare both times. It wouldn’t let us check out the truck with a reservation both times without calling for assistance. We had dropped calls and no one would call us back so we had to start all over. Both times it would not allow us to put our credit card in to pay for the truck. The first time took us about an hour and a half and this past time on 2/4/24 took 45 min. Moving is stressful enough without this agitation. This next weekend we have to reserve another truck. Who should we use? U-Haul or some other company? Ugh….

Make it easier to pull the ramp out and put it back in. Remind customers that they should not get in front of a loaded dolly going downhill.

I was concerned with the windshield crack on the truck. I would have been very worried in the wintertime and if my move was longer distance. I would recommend that this be fixed as soon as possible. It is a hazard for your renters. Thanks

Make your online rental experience better. Update your auto check in, auto return videos. Call center got me exactly what I needed. Wasn’t possible online. “ vehicle not available….” The staff at the actual center were spot-on. Those two guys need a raise.
