The online experience was horrific. The fact that I was able to schedule for one location, then without being asked if it was OK, be moved to a different pickup location is ludicrous. I shouldn't have to talk to three people to secure the correct rental when using the online option. However, the personal experience from Gurgen, the Asst Manager, helped make an otherwise difficult day much easier. He was friendly, helpful, informative, and reassuring. When we had a glitch with a refund he explained what has happening and helped ensure I felt comfortable with the outcome. For that reason I'll go back to that location if needed.THEODORE CASE H.
Allow the renter to have the furniture padding bag and the two-wheel truck removed for a given rental. I rented the *whole* truck and was not pleased to find those items present and unremovable (without being charged for their use).ERIC C.

Very poor uhaul customer service. Very long telephone wait times. They lie about the size of their trucks. I rented a 15ft truck which clearly stated online "Inside dimensions: 15' x 7'8" x 7'2" (LzxWxH)" but was delivered a 12ft truck with inside bed length 11'9"mike S.

Good customer service! The only downside was the dolly I reserved was not available but they did resolve the problem!Gregory J.
The truck was absolutely disgusting! Strong mold smell, my fingers stuck to the steering wheel, the inside of the odometer glass is totally fogged over with either mold or condensation. When I reached my destination I had to spend a half hour cleaning and sanitizing the truck. We are in a pandemic! This truck was a breeding ground for Covid 19. I also have an allergy to mold by the time I drove 1.2 miles I was having a hard time breathing. I took pictured of the 2 rags I used to clean the interior, they are both black with the crud I cleaned up. This truck was a hazard and put my health in danger. The truck also idles very rough, needs a serious tuneup. The only good thing about this experience was the guy at the counter was nice. Otherwise I would have given 1 star.Mary N.

The app pickup was under par...took 15 minutes to go through the approval process and still found out that it wasn't completed. The check out process wouldn't upload pictures and took another 15 minutes to check out.John S.

This location only has mobile checkin. I could not get the app to work, then the girl working the counter made me wait outside in the rain and cold while she waited on another customer. She then gave me an attitude about how "the app works for everyone else." Also, I forgot to check how much gas was in the truck before, but it was almost kn empty when I was done, and I'm sure I didn't use 3/4 of a tank. So, I put $75 worth of gas in it. I can chalk the entire experience as a lesson learned to a) check the gas before I leave the facility, and b) never use this facility again.Christine H.
I had reserved a Pick-Up truck and called the location to confirm. Hours later, I receive an email that says I won't have a pick-up truck and instead, the 15' truck. In addition, the cost per mile went from $0.99 to $1.39. The fact that the email was sent so late, I didn't have time to re-book somewhere else and got stuck paying an extra $20 or so. I'm expecting a call back from U-Haul after this review or I will call and get an adjustment. Thanks, RiteshRitesh P.
The website allowed me to choose options that weren't available at this location. The employee was kind and did his job well, but had way too many problems with the computer. When I arrived, my phone said that the website was down. Overall: employees great! Truck average. Technology very poor.Danielle M.
