No uhaul representative available for check in or hook up. Received a message from an office worker that had communicated with uhaul representative that I could just hook up and go. There was no flat four connection to connect trailer to vehicle lighting. After driving for 15 minutes I stopped to check everything and discovered one flat tire. Since the trailer had not been dispatched by the pick up location, it took way too long to get roadside assistance. I will say that the representative on online chat was wonderful as was the woman I spoke to in the traffic dept. the roadside assistance employee was truly top notch. The customer service after pickup is the only reason I would consider uhaul in the future.Mark H.

The truck we were supposed to have rented was not there when we got there and we had an appointed time to pick up the stuff we rented the truck for. The gentleman behind the counter (I believe his name was Tyler) immediately got on the phone and figured out a way to get us on the road and we were at our destination on time with the same size truck we had reserved. Uhaul could not give me a suite number so i had to just walk around. Uhaul let me change my pick up time to 9am and the person renting me the uhaul did not get there until 930. I added an appliance dolly to my order and it wasn't there. I had to drive an extra 5 miles each way to go pick one up. The uhaul's air conditioner only blew out as defrost after it got hot outside so it never really cooled off in the cab. I took my 2 cats 25 miles to Scottsdale and they were hot and panting.Samantha G.

Make sure the representative that calls to change pick up location sets proper expectations for drop box type of pick ups. My experience was not what I am used to while renting with uhaul and spent way too much time learning how to pick up at a drop box location. What probably should of taken no more then 10mins turned into 30-40mins. The $30 fuel fee was waived but I also am still not understanding why gas is so much. I picked it up with a quarter of a tank and returned it with the needle only moved a cm or two. I lost my debit card at the time so I couldn't refill myself but didn't expect to pay over 40 for gas. I also returned the truck early but didn't get a discount for that.Andrea C.

When I walked into the small office there was a woman passed out on a couch next to the door. There were two people sleeping at their desks. I woke them up to get the truck. Then one "employee" stood up, cursed, opened his desk drawer to get drugs, walked into the bathroom within sight of me, took more drugs and walked out to the bathroom. The woman that was passed out on the couch next to me never woke up. I highly recommend you make a surprise visit to this location and see what is going on there. It's frightening.Kevin T.
