I agreed to rent this equipment from a Napa location where I live. At the last minute just before time to pick it up. I get a phone call that the pick up time and location have changed. I now need to drive an extra 30 minutes away to another city. Sonoma ca. I had arranged to pick it up at 9 am. New pick up time was 11:30 am We had to rearrange our whole days schedule

Brett NExtra large parking area directly off main road makes parking/dropping off super easy. Drive straight in and stop! No worries about maneuvering or finding a parking spot. Plus, they have absolutely delicious fruit for sale at the fruit market! Highly recommend.

WESLEY Ceverything was five star the people, the equipment, the vehicle everything was great, but there was only one problem. In my house to move my I did not get the email stating how much gas was to be allotted to the truck. Normally, when I return a U-Haul, it always has to be full and I returned it full, but in this instance, the gas was only to be full up under the half point. Unfortunately, I filled up the tank and spent $140 for just a 30 miles. Is there anyway that I can be reimbursed at least half of that?
EMERSON RThis is more about the UHaul service as a whole that day. 24 hours before my pickup, they call me to say the only truck in the size I ordered will be available at another UHaul location that was one hour away from the original UHaul location. But it doesn't stop there, when I get the UHaul the next day, they don't include the dolly and furniture pads we ordered as well, which we desperately needed. Giving 2 stars and not 1 simply because the workers on the phone line were as helpful as they could be given the scenario, and did refund the missing dolly and furniture pads.

Brad DThe gentleman helping me contacted his employer more than once to ask how to check in my reservation. He did not know the difference between a license plate and serial number, and walked out and back from the inventory three times to check. He did not know how to attach the safety chains to the tow vehicle. He was a nice man, and helpful to his limitations, but the wrong employee at the wrong time. If the fruit stand wants to continue serving customers for their U-Haul needs, I suggest the folks that are trained be there when a reservation is being checked in; this isn't difficult, as the reservation holder has an appointment to pick up.

chris rWas told to pick up trailer at this location but when I got there they did not have one available. I was told that I could pick up one the next day at a different location. While this was inconvenient at least there was a solution, and Josephine Hernandez at the Santa Rosa location was extremely helpful.

SHIRRYL BWhen I dropped off the truck there was no one who was familiar with how to except the truck. The person needed to call someone. The drop-off seemed a bit sketchy but I was assured everything was OK. I had to reach out to customer service.

GEORGENE DYou guys have got to seriously get your stuff together. The last several rentals from you have been completely disastrous and your equipment is barely usable. I really felt that my truck was going to break down the way it was driving. And the customer service trying to rent a truck was abominable. Get it together- take care of your equipment and get better phone staffing!!And to top it off the place I rented it from told me he thought I was picking it up at another location and that the truck that was reserved for me was broken down and have been for over a week and he said he thought that by my having a huge fit with you he would get his truck fixed. But I would be up a creek without a paddle that day because I would've NOT had a truck for a huge major important wedding.Your company is in need of a serious over-haul. Pun intended.
ERIKA AI was told by text last minute that this was my drop off location. I tried to follow the mobile drop off on line which said to drop keys in drop box but they didn't have a drop box just combo locked boxes with no info on how to get a combination. Employee at fruit stand could not find my rental information . They finally agreed to take my keys
