The store was supposed to be open at 9, but the worker didn't show up until 9:10, and then had to turn on all of their equipment. While I was trying to proceed with picking up my truck, they would stop what they were doing to ring other customers through with their purchases. There was a problem with my order, and they told me I had to call uhaul to sort it out. It needed up taking me 45 minutes just to pick up the truck. Better off picking up from the uhaul store directly, or not going first thing in the morning.Jenna B.

I had some trouble with scanning from the mobile app but was able to resolve the issue inside the store. It took about 30 minutes to get things completed and leave with the truck.Shaun H.
I left a cash deposit and now I'm not getting my money back for 4 to 6 weeks because my order could not be found after I returned the truck. Then was told I put a hold on my account- I didn't. Was told the area manager would get a hold of me- they didn't. So now I have to wait for a cheque that I'm never going to get because no one took my new address or called me back. My old address that is in the hood of regina is going to get a cheque and it will be stolen. I PAID A CASH DEPOSIT WITH THE INTENTION OF GETTING CASH BACK WHEN VEHICLE WAS RETURNED. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 4 TO 6 WEEKS TO HAVE A CHEQUE MAILED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS CAUSE NO ONE CAN RETURN A CALL. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES STATING I DONT WANT A CHEQUE. NOT ONE PHONE CALL WAS RETURNED. TO say I'm annoyed is a huge understatement. I will NEVER use uhaul again. I have been renting uhauls for myself and to help friends for the last three years. I won't- ever- anymore.LESELY K.
The store was very dirty and the service was no friendly. The man was on the phone with friends/family while he was working, the uhaul was dirty and had someone's stuff in it. I also did not receive a dolly but was charged for it.alexis G.

We were re-routed from A Plus Convenience, which was not a good choice (they said that a UHaul van had been stolen). But Something4U Convenience had our van and were cheerful, efficient, and accommodating. We would definitely recommend them.TRONI G.

Went to pick up the trailer the gentlemen at the counter had to call someone else to do the rental contract. They did not help to hook it up or take it off. Not happy with the service at that location and in my opinion should not be a dealer for u- haul .Terrence B.

I took me an hour (60 mins) to get through the check in process. The gas gauge also didn't match what was sent on my electronic contract.Garion C.
Man working was not inviting, helpful, or polite. He gave unclear directions on where to park the trailer, got upset when I did not understand correctly, and then waiting for me to struggle through parking the trailer before telling me I couldn't park there. He did not greet us, he did not talk at all while we were waiting for the paperwork to be done, also the drop off building smelled like shit. It was not a pleasant experienceEmber W.

The paperwork and my email from U-Haul had two different drop off addresses. It turned out the second was the correct one but this gentleman went out of his way to be helpful and accepted the vehicle from us. I'd definitely go back there!Lori Q.
