There is trash all around. There was no one there to help us. A group of guys hanging out in the parking lot that were not affiliated with the rental or familiar with it. My husband asked for help and was led into a portable building that was labeled as a barbershop. The person said they were not in charge, but to just leave the trailer and everything would be fine. we left the trailer, but took photos of it before we left. I called U-Haul to confirm that I had left the trailer because I was not sure there would be any record of us having returned it before the end of 24 hours. I suggest a company representative visit this location to evaluate it.

ALEXIS AI do not like the fact that y’all’s employees take photos of the front and back of customer debit and credit cards. That’s very dangerous to identify theft and it’s very unsafe. Y’all need to implement a better way of approval or payment
James CI was late in picking up the trailer, the guy was not at the place upon arrival. I contacted him and he got a little upset because I was late. I guess he realized I could go somewhere else and he calmed down. Once we got together he was nice and friendly but the area was rundown and the place where the trailer was located was not the best place. I honestly did not like the way he done business. He took a picture of my DL and credit card, sent the contract through email. Charged my credit card later and I was not able to sign a hard copy of the contract.
Marvin BI had a wonderful experience using this UHaul company! Customer service was outstanding; they were able to answer all my questions and helped me along the way. I will definitely use Solutions For All in the future as well as recommend them.
Felicia BAfter hours drop off in this location is not recommended. The location is right in the middle of a very busy drug zone. I felt unsafe.
