i thought i had pushed the button to pick up in roma and drop off in san antonio but when i went to pick it up it was on on computer. the gentleman helped me with this and i was able to do it correctly. was greatly appreciated. needs to be clearer on the computer site

To make sure that the equipment is really tide up and that everything is well done because we had an accident putting our stuff in the trailer it wasnt well hook in and the trailer went up i think it was some guy named Jorge was the one giving us the equipment.
