I have requested to be contacted regarding my rental which I refuse to pay for the extra days for two reasons. First, the vehicle was not okay and had issues in the steering wheel that made stop and stay overnight at the motel because it was dangerous to drive it. Second, you guys didn't have the size I requested and you gave me the bigger truck for the price of the truck I wanted for my needs.. and now you are charging me for the original priceâ€¦ this is not acceptable.. When I returned the vehicle I choose to be contacted by u-haul representative and that never happened. No one have contacted me.AHMED A.

It would have been helpful to know again of time to bring an extra person to lift the trailer. Other trailers I've used had I could crank them up and not have to break my back to lift. It all worked out though!Raine N.

Originally wanted to rent a trailer but this truck was available so I took that. Overall worked well. Sobieski Uhaul is in a great location and very accommodating.craig M.

The cab of the vehicle had mud and garbage in it. The back had OBVIOUSLY not been swept out as there were remnants of broken items on the floor. I was unable to get the app to work due to lack of internet service in the area, but Brandon the manager happened to be there and checked me out. He was helpful except did not verify that the gas was correct in the system and in the truck, I took pictures to prove what it was at just to make sure I wouldn't have issues. Alas, I had issues. Once again when dropping off the vehicle there was no service and the app would not work. I locked the vehicle and dropped the keys in the box. 3 days later U-haul calls to ask where the vehicle is. Apparently the owners didn't go there for 3 days because it was right in front of the door. 2 days later I get an email receipt charging me for 2 gallons of gas. I call to send them the pics of before and after showing exactly what was in there. I was basically told that I could send the pics, but there wasn't much she could do but call Brandon. We are 5 days from that. No call. No communication, and I'm paying for gas that I didn't use that I HAVE PROOF of. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Worked for U-haul for years. I see things haven't changed. Won't use U-haul again.Erica B.

Make your mobile pick-up user experience better by making it work properly. It would tell me it couldn't figure out my location. It wouldn't let me put in an alternate phone number, then when it did let me do the alternate number, it wanted a 2nd number but wouldn't let me put that one either. By the time I was about to give up, the lady at the location was available to do the check in/out directly.Laura A.
We were told they would meet us at 12:30 on day of pick up. At 12:40 we were still waiting. Called them and were told keys were in truck. Snow covered it window was cleaned off just enough to see out of. Not happyKathy O.

We had to drop the truck off here at night and passed it three times! Part of that was definitely my fault :) I lightly suggest a bigger sign or a lite sign toward the entrance and exit :)Lyndsey S.

I was suppose to pick up my truck about 6 blocks from my apartment but had to drive 20 minutes to get my truck. The lady was very nice, she had no clue about me picking it up by herLoretta B.
Here lies the problem...the location itself is not the issue. I am curious to know why I rented a 26 foot truck to be picked up in the City of Green Bay, but had to drive to Sobieski, WI - almost 20 miles away, in a different county - to pick up the vehicle. Then upon getting there, we were given a 20 foot truck - not what we ordered. However, there were no other trucks at this location. I have already send a formal complaint to your company.John F.

I was charged $50 for mileage when uhaul changed my pick up location to 25 miles away. A phone call, email,or text that my truck was not available here in my town would have been better. At least I would have had an option to change size or at least approve the change.Cynthia S.

The location was not marked and hard to find, especially in the dark. We would have made it well before 5pm, had we not travelled beyond it. When we arrived at 5:02, the place was empty and dark. We managed to check out on line but the message we left on voicemail was never returned. Parking lot was glare ice. Not up to the UHaul standards we have come to expect -- not, by a long shotPatricia M.

I was first customer- could not complete transaction on her phone. I had to travel almost 40 miles further than the location I requested to rent from. Very inconvenient.Ian G.
Representative knew nothing about the u haul system.I was overcharged due to unqualified and now I am battling to get compensated for their screw up .It was a complete disaster/joke .Then went where I was supposed to pick up truck which was 40 miles closer and they had a truck ,U hauls customer service is terrible .jacob T.
