I am sorry to the Carnation gentlemen. They do not deserve the 1 star. That is for the 6443 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA 98203 location where we SUPPOSED to pick up our trailer. They decided to rent it out that morning, "on the customers assurance it would be back by 3 PM". It wasn't. We then had to drive an HOUR to Carnation to pick up a trailer that was TOO SMALL for our needs. We were then 3 HOURS late getting to where we needed to be which cost someone an extra $300. We are not happy with Uhaul. Again, my apologies to the Carnation gentlemen, none of this was their fault. But the manager at 6443 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA 98203 should be ashamed of himself. We will not use Uhaul again.

Brand new dealer - needed training on how to use the system. It took over 45 minutes to get the truck checked out. He couldn't find the reservation a customer service rep made for me. Fortunately he had the truck or I would have driven 9 miles out of my way for nothing. He wasn't (nor were any of the people on his property) wearing masks - during the pandemic! U-Haul as a company needs to train it's dealers better, have better communication from the customer service reps, revamp their reservation system to make it more user friendly and not bait and switch the reservation locations to increase their profits from extra miles customers have to drive to get the vehicles they reserve online and have more people manning their phone lines so waiting 20+ to talk to a person isn't necessary. Can you tell I am not a happy camper - only partially Sno Valley's fault.

The location was fine! Uhaul online reservation was not met and cost me and family time money and stress! Horrible! Reservation was made over a month in advance and Uhaul did not take care of me!
