Allen AEmployee who helped us had lot of difficulty with the computer applications to get the contract complete. Evidently that process never was completed because I received a notice from Uhaul 4 hours later informing me that I missed my pick-up for reserved equipment. Finally got the contract completed via phone call to a Uhaul coordination center. Equipment was not ready to go, lights didn't work on trailer. Uhaul employee took truck and trailer to a local mechanic and on the way the trailer came off the truck and bent the trailer tongue and trailer breaking system. At the mechanic shop, I discovered a blown fuse on the truck. Fuse was replaced and 2 hours later we were finally on our way. I felt like the employee was trying hard to get everything in order, but was overwhelmed with the whole process. Very frustrating experience...
