I returned my rental on the same day, with the same level of gas and dropped the key in the after hours box. The return app was not allowing me to upload photos. I then get a call on Sunday from a uhaul representative asking about the rental I still have. I explained that it was dropped off as agreed on the rental day which was Saturday. The lady said that none of the rentals from this location had been closed out. I then get a receipt today (Tuesday) showing I dropped the t vehicle off today with less gas and there's a charge for protection which I declined in the store. Very unhappy
Zachery G.I was there on time by 8 am to pick up my rental truck and auto transport but the manager did not show up until after 8:30 am. During the pick up process they wouldn't show me how to load and secure my vehicle on the auto transport unless I pay $25 dollar for them to do it for me, I told them I need to to do it myelf so I can do it later on my own!

katherine B.Truck had an incorrect start mileage, and a fuel gauge below half at pickup. I pointed both of these out at pickup and was still charged. The truck also still had broken bits of hangers, dirt, and other debris from the previous user who had not swept it out.

MICHEAL A.I have never rented a uhaul without a ramp. This vehicle was poorly kept. There were items from a previous rental including boxes in the uhaul. This concerned me due to covid and knowing 9/10 the vehicle wasn't cleaned since it still had boxes and other trash insides. Also I didn't like having to input my credit card information into the online system and then have the clerk ask for my credit card to swipe. It's truly inconvenient and doesn't provide a safe interaction due to covid, as the clerk touches items without sanitizing hand prior or after touching.

Quentin K.I don't even know where to begin with this location. My reservation was for 4:30 in the morning I walk up there try to do the online check in just to be told that now I cannot pick it up until 8 AM with hand-delivery and I don't even know why I wasn't informed at all when I had been up all night to make sure that I got to my U-Haul truck so then I had to change my reservation till 12:30 PM because I had work which is why I was picking up early so now I'm already eight hours behind schedule on my moving day. So when I get there I will give it a truck and I was good to go I get home parked about To start loading up and I was called to bring the truck back because they had given me the wrong one so now this is going on 1 PM when I had hired movers for the morning but since I cannot get my truck when I was supposed to now having to go back up there to switch out the trucks I am so far behind that I couldn't even finish what I needed to do for the day

ZACHARY W.My experience was totally BAD I reserved my 16 ft truck at the Tidwell location in Houston and someone from there called me and said they didn't have the 16 ft So for me to go to the Little York location which didn't have it either So what was the reason for reserving it in the first place? I had to go downtown to get one at an extreme price $504 compared to the $265.10 quoted at the Tidwell location... I will never fall for that again. The name of the guy at Tidwell was Rick... I will Nevet Recommend UHaul to ANYONE
