I reserved 15' truck to be picked up at 10:00 am from a location near me a week before my move. the DAY BEFORE, I got a call saying they could only give a 26' truck at 12:00. I had friends coming to help move, my whole day was planned around a 10am pick up time. After being placed on hold, I was told I could pick up a 26 ft truck at 10 from a different, farther location, but no one was there, so I would have to use the self check in on the app, which was a nightmare. It took 40 min to get the truck, It wanted pictures of my passport, lease, my work contact info. App kept crashing and I had to reenter the information several times. It was a literal scavenger hunt trying to find the lock box. Will NOT use again. Renting a truck was supposed to be the easiest part of a stressful day and ended up the biggest nightmare.

The items requested were not in the truck (furniture pads and dolly), but the truck was easy to pick up and very comfortable and clean.

Because it was a "Juneteenth", There was no one there and I had trouble with there website drop off app. I wasn't able to fill out the return correctly, but the staff called me the next day and assured me everything was ok. Thank you for understandinding. Ivan & Kim.

I found it rather inconvenient that the return process needed to be started at the conoco gas station down the road and then I had to drive back to the rental location to drop the keys off

Nothing the staff were great and helpful. The place is clean and well maintained.
