The people were great....my problem was with the truck....the shock's were so bad that a slight bump in the road would cause the truck to bounce endlessly.truck should not be on the road in my opinion.probably needs more frequent maintenance checks. When I went to pick up the truck the two lady's was very rude and when I told the truck was not clean the small one said to me "If you don't like the way the truck look then go some please else and asked me to leave her building, or she would call the police on me.Della S.

Where as the location where we rented the truck offered awesome customer service. The difficulty we had in renting the truck took more than an hour and we had still had to leave and come back due to issues with the website. Also payment was processes incorrectly. All in all it was a mess.Desiree M.

We we sent to 2 locations to get a tow Dolly the first location told us they didn't have a tow Dolly and reserved it at another location for us when we got to location 2 the system did not see the reserve and made it difficult to get the transaction taken care of. We sit in the waiting area about 45 minutes and someone at the regional office was called and had to work with the reservation in order to get it to take. We were not compensated for the system mishap and delayed the transport of the vehicleIrving W.

Tried to drop off and was told to take to other store so I did and the people at Bull Frog was very rude. Took it back to orginal place and they took it. I would definitely have a talk at the Bull frog place. If it was my business I would pull u-haul from there.KELLEY H.
