The truck appeared to be in good shape but the truck broke down several towns over from where I was driving to. The truck stuck overnight, with it full of my stuff, in the parking lot of a taco place and I had to sleep in my car. Spent the rest of the time with the truck having to have it towed place to place. Maybe the worst part was getting charged for the gas I was never able to put in because the truck was not fixable or drivable. Overall this experience was terrible.Nicholas T.

The woman at the desk got sassy with my wife over the small amount of dirt that was in the back of the 26' truck after I swept it up. Going on and on in a very unprofessional manner how she should charge us for the dirt (that was no longer in the truck). I swept up a 6 inch circle of dirt and threw it out of the back and she acted like we were hauling dirty 4 wheelers back there. If you're not charging us then just don't charge us! No need to talk down to us and over exaggerate the amount of sweeping that I, THE RENTER had to sweep out. Way over the top!Michael L.
