When we dropped the trailer off the staff member NEVER helped us unhitch the trailer! The trailer was hitched by the staff member when we picked it up and we never unhitched it until we dropped it off and there was no equipment on site to assist with the unhitching. Glad my husband and I were able to lift it off our truck!!

The guy who helped me out at pick up was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Did not have what I requested and the truck was full of stuff that I had to unload. Overall very poor experience and the will never return to them.

Eric VitaleThe location was great but the whole experience was horrible. I originally reserve this truck in Wpb which then got transfer to Palm Beach Gardens.. 30 minutes more north. After signing everything and paying for the truck at PGA they notice the truck was broken and had to cancel my reservation and then transfer to Jupiter .. 20 more minutes drive. When I got there, I was getting charged, so after telling the associate I had paid at previous location he tells me they refunded the money. Obviously by a refund the money doesn’t go through the bank account t right away and I did t have any more money. They would t allow me to get the truck without paying. I was going through a really personal situation, reason why I needed the truck to relocate and this was the worse experience ever. Thankfully my son was able to lend me the money, otherwise I would have been in a really bad situation.

Jim DemarsLocation is good. The shop didn’t open on time which caused some delays across the board for a lot of folks waiting for their 0900 scheduled pick up time. Online check out/in is easy. Front desk assistant could use a little compassion and customer service training.

The gentleman did not make it back till 1:37pm - I do not hav time to waste like this. No respect of my time and schedule for a location that is supposed to open at that time

I have never needed to provide my work info to rent a dumb uhaul. Had to wait for a worker to open up the store and he was 10 minutes late. He also charged me for protection which i explicitly did not want and declined. Fraud and incompetence

Jayne CusatiPlease keep the trucks cabins clean as well as the cargo area. There were food crumbs all over the cab, spilled coffee in the cup holder, dust on dash as well as steins on the seats. Cargo area had to be swept as there were small sharp pieces of tiles on the floor. Windshield was greasy with smears on it. We had to fill up the tires as there were notifications on the dash that 3 tires were low on air. Over all good experience, but you can tell the trucks are not taken care of.

David TalaricoI would have preferred the location at 1400 W. Indiantown Road in Jupiter. But they had an equipment failure. Rather than move the equipment to my preferred location, I was required to accommodate U-Haul and go to the alternate location. Not good treatment of the customer at the reservations level. This is a corporate problem not how the individual locations are managed.

Here's what my son in law who returned the trailer said about the return..."Yes. 4pm Sunday. The place was not well organized. The guy didn't want my papers. Said to leave it by the dumpster (they can check the security camera to verify). My son and I went to the batting cages yesterday (june 13) and it was still sitting right where I left it" ..... (note - the batting cages are right by the drop off location). So I expect a refund. thank you. Neal Johnson
