I rented a truck from a location that was closest to my home and Uhaul moved the location twice before I picked up my truck. When I picked up my truck, the milage and gas level were both wrong on the app so I had to call in. The first representative was very nice and helpful. However, the back of the truck was clean but smelled like cat urine. Then on returning the truck, the app would not work again. It was tring to say I ttraveled 810 miles instead of 29. I again had to call in. This representative was also very helpful.

Donald LeoneDid not have and could not locate the moving dolly that I had reserved. I took the small dolly based on them agreeing to add a day to the term going from four days to five. Rather than doing the extension on the trailer and the dolly he only extended the dolly. I was subjected to additional days charge on trailer at drop off point. Thank goodness Teresa there straightened this out.

TAMMARA COLEMANI have no problem with the drop-off location, the attendant there was friendly and very helpful. However, U-Haul's web site and reservation system are a disaster; they were very confusing and error-prone for both me and the attendant.

Jason GrantThis same thing happened in Springdale, Arkansas with the beginning of our trip - when I reserve a truck online, I seem to be sent to the most random locations, rather than larger, more efficient locations with more availability and people on duty who work there in the office daily. Most of my experience has been good overall, but I'm done reserving a truck online because I don't trust where I will be sent to pick up and/or return a truck. I will say that the gentleman who helped me at Smokey's did rectify the incorrect billing quickly and professionally.

alhph mcmillianI was not informed until i got to location that id have to download google chrome, fill out paperwork, then activate liason services. I was an hour late getting to my move because of all the delays? Requiterments. Thank goodness they finally allowed a manual overide to get me out of the parking lot.. got Maui many emails from uhaul mostly advertizements.
John HokansonThe mobile check out system was really bad. It took me almost an hour to check the truck out, in the dark and cold. I was confirmed for one location but had to pick it up at another location which was inconvenient. Communication at the location was poor and I was overcharged for the rental. It was a very frustrating experience.

MARK HUNTERUHaul made me run around all over town to find a place that would take the rental trailer. I went to 3 different sites, spending $$ on gas, 3 hours of my time, etc and was told there was nothing they could do but would triple charge if i was to drop it at one of the locations that they initially told me I could drop it. I am owed compensation!!!

Terrence CogginsNo personnel at this location. Door was locked. Big dog barking inside. Phone number on door. No answer. When person did show up we had to go through the registration process THREE times. It took over an hour. I am not comfortable taking pics of our drivers license on someone's personal phone!. Had to rent an appliance dolly because they didn't have the dolly we reserved.

One had a nail in it (been there a long time) and the other tire had tread issues. U-Haul roadside service though was wonderful. Sent Westside Tire at midnight to change and replace tires.

Traki TaylorThe place is in a great, accessible location. It has a useable 'drive-around for entry and exiting [if they leave it unblocked]. The contact number left was manned, and a reasonable time for her return was met. The explanation and offer to just leave the equipment for subsequent email confirmation of its return was clear and successful [I just prefer face-to-face, for the assurance that my equipment return will be properly credited and acknowledged- but that's my personal quirk]. The site is really quaint, fruit-bearing pecan tree and all, and could be much more inviting with a moderate investment of time in some minor maintenance of the 'grass' and re-arrangement of the other, non-U-Haul equipment on site. Thank you, Smokey's!
