I waited 45 minutes to receive my key even after verifying my information multiple times. This caused me to miss a very important appointment as well as make two trips instead of the originally planned one trip. I spoke with the field manager and she was super helpful and had me on my way within minutes.Ashley A.

What U-Haul can do for future customers can make sure there's a dolly available for use! I was told by a dispatcher that there would be a dolly for me to use and there definitely wasn't one available! No only did I have to go home to borrow a dolly, once I got to my final destination (9 hours away), I had to them borrow another dolly which was completely inconvenient for me and my moving party! Not to mention when I went to pick up the truck, there was a lock on the trailer (which wasn't an issue) until the clerk didn't know the code. So it took an hour to pick up the truck which pushed me back an hour with loading the truck AND the heat was just getting started.Kellye A.
Customer service rep was horrible when picking up at the location. She added insurance without my knowledge and I had to ask her to remove it. She gave the dolly away to the customer before me when I reserved mines first and she did not have the gas tank mileage right, which had me owing. Luckily I took pictures and was able to contact customer support and speak to a wonderful representative by the name of Vanessa Davis!! Super helpful and patience with me. She walked me through each step as well as making sure I uploaded the gas gauge pictures to her email so I can receive my refund. She went above and beyond for over 30 minutes while I was driving. I will not ever use this location again. Not satisfied at all!!!!!Tiesha H.

Everything.....my experience was absolutely horrible along with the rude ass people at the location we rented it from for 3 hours of use I had to pay 212$ on the side of it it says 19.95 a day they charged 89 cents per mile then I told lady 9n phone when I reserved it that I needed it for 2 days. I get to location to pick it up and they inform me I only could use it for 3 hours not to mention the inside was filthy, the gas tank was half empty and the service tire pressure stayed on I couldn't even go over 40 miles an hour. You would think they would take better care of the trucks being there representing uhaul them selves it was a night mare..I even took pics and I'm for sure debating on calling corporate on them cuz when I brought truck back the guy tried saying I couldn't get my 100$ deposit back and that they only charged me 112 ooohhhh I went off and only got 72$ back I'm really not understanding why they charged me so much n still didn't get my stuff moved my number is 318_547_3253 if u have any questions or wanna see the pics cuz really uhaul needs to acknowledge this. This entire experience was HORRIBLE! I was called the day before my reservation and told that the 20' I reserved had not been returned (which was understandable) but I could reserve a 15' instead. I was informed that if things should change I would receive a call. Move day came and the 15' that was reserved was also not available. Livid, my mother went to the location when it opened, only to find there was only one worker for the store as well as the uhaul portion. Somehow my reservation could not be found and mysteriously looked to be canceled, which was something neither my mom or myself did. We waited for 2hrs only to find out that they had the 20' truck on site for two days and just hadn't checked it in or cleaned it. We had to wait another hour or so for the truck to be checked in. The clerk did however apologize for the inconvenience but that did not make up for the time and availability of helpers that was lost. We finally got the truck and paid FULL PRICE, which honestly I feel should've be discounted for the unorganization that was presented to us.EMMA B.

Contract had one Express Transport (trailer) & received a different on which made it difficult on the drop off end. After a very tiring trip having a bad experience w/ Richardson 75081 manage & his employee's attitude, they don't make me want to do business there.philip P.
The truck had roaches. I had to personally buy bug bombs and clean the truck out before putting my things in it. Was gross and just scary moving my things in a bug infested truck.Cameron T.
