Johny SI had booked a rental at a location before this the cash register there. He needs to go to a class to show him how to treat a customer he canceled it and that’s why I ended up getting one at Alpha Foothill. I did talk to his manager and told him this, I told him I want a letter showing that the man that made me cry made me get upset made and you know you’re stressed out when you’re moving you don’t need your customer service to be a burden and that’s what he was. He was terrible.

Caroline Rhonestly the owner of this facility was a scumbag in my opinion horrible experience from start to finish even threatened to repo with all my business equipment inside while i was still in my time of renting i even called and filed a complaint the day i picked it up also gas amount was lower then on actual gauge when picked up i had to put 60 dollars worth of fuel for 5 miles of total driven which is very shady
George SThere was an issue with the speedometer and the mileage it showed that I drove was incorrect. When I showed a video of the issue to the shop owner he was dismissive and argumentative.

Daniel PThe guy who rented truck asked us if we return before 7, we said yes. He stated he leaves at 6 pm. We got there at 530 and he was completely locked up. When we initially went to pick up rental Front door was locked . No sign on front door to go to back for unhall rental. I plan to never rent from this location again . Shady and one van had a flat and our truck drove like crap. We had to take pics of our own licenses and the about 5 picks when we returned truck. I thought we were paying somone to do this for us.

JAMES Lguy said he wpuld help me set up trailor and do the check make sure lights working waited 25 minutes he never came after trying to call for him then he accused us of stealing the wire that connects to the lights when i used my own bc he never came to check the cart make sure it was connected and working

I clicked the prompt that was supposed to report that issue and it told me someone would contact me. No one has contacted me, I hope I am not being billed for not completing the online check-in because your system would not allow me to upload a picture.
