Gila Twe arrived and rang the bell twice, no answer. i was supposed to drop the truck at 8.00. placed didn't open till 9. arrived at 9:15 and there were people there but no answer. I dropped key and contract in the slot and called about 45 minutes later and told the woman what I had done. she was very apologetic and said she'd check us in right away. i do not want to be charged for another day for this issue. Thank you.
James SCalled the drop off location because the load had shifted and couldn’t open trailer door. Had to leave a message. Neither one of the persons listed on their message service returned our call. Good customer service in my opinion is to return calls even if you can’t help. We called another number and got immediate help. The gentleman that came out exemplified excellent customer service. Shout out to him.
