Couldn’t expect it to be better than it is
Paul WThe app was terrible!!!! I was getting a black screen like it would not load the next page during the pickup process. I had plenty of cell service at that location the app kept crashing. I waisted over an hour trying to pickup the truck.
Chris SSlightly tricky navigation as office is across street from drop off parking lot in the middle of town. Parking a 26' truck can be challenging, but not impossible.

Joseph BReservation I initially received was changed and I had to drive an hour out of my way just to pick up the truck. Was suppose to have a dolly and insurance, but got neither. No one will answer the phone at 800GOUHAUL. The online service for pickup and drop off was terrible and not user friendly. Couldn't get a live person on the phone for help. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Regina BThe person that helped me was pleasant enough but there was not a lot of room to drop the trailer. I called ahead of time to confirm and on the phone they said no problem. When I got there, vehicles had to be moved and I had to back the trailer to a spot that had me sitting across the road and causing traffic to wait while I was guided into the spot. Additionally, I asked for a receipt and was told one would be emailed. I have yet to receive it.

Melissa WThis is the first time I have ever used U-Haul .. I was very impressed how easy it was to use!!! We rented one of the largest U-Haul’s and it drove like a dream heavy loaded. !!! When I went to pick it up I told him where I would return it and he told me he could save me $100 if I returned it to a place about 5 miles further away which I gladly excepted !!! I will definitely be using U-Haul if I need to move something again!! I give my whole experience with U-Haul a five star rating !!!
Allen pJust a small lot. Was no room to park the truck and car doly. So had to leave it on the street beside building parked. The only reason I would recommend is that it saves you money.

Tommy JI reserved three different U-Hauls and got confirmation of my rental just to get a call back the next day telling me it wasn’t available. I had to go at least 30 miles out of my way just to rent one when I resorted at least 3 days in advanced and was given confirmation that my U-Haul was available, then to be called the next day after business hours to be told it wasn’t even a live person reserved one for me and I still got an after hours call the next day saying it wasn’t available! Highly upset over that! Why let me reserve it and get confirmation if it’s not available making me drive 30 miles out of my way and paying more for a truck! Very dissatisfied

Christina FOnly complaint was I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to get a truck. Had to pay for miles that wasn't being used for actual moving. Glasgow has plenty of uhaul dealers but no trucks

Charles mI had a 10 AM pick up. I arrived at 9:55 with my wife and 9 month old son and the door was locked to the location for pick up. I called Sean who said he had no idea I was coming. I had called the previous evening to confirm the truck rental at 7pm. When I explained that I was the same person he said there was an emergency and they wouldn't be back for at least a half an hour. Sean was incredibly rude on the phone to myself and it was a 20 minute drive for me to head out there so my Wife and 9 month old son and myself had to sit in our car with the A/C blasting for 30 minutes waiting for them to return. When I was given the walk around of the truck the back of it was filthy. They did sweep it out before I took it. I'd highly consider not using U-Haul again after this and would recommend no one visits that location. The staff was incredibly rude and did not even print out my contract because their printer was malfunctioning.
Joseph HEverything was great and up to par. I just thought almost 200 dollars for one day and local was out ragous. If I had known it was going to cost this much I would not have rented it.

Donnie LU-Haul needs to give better\earlier notification when Trailer pick-up is other than the original planned pick-up location. I was already on my way traveling to Kentucky from Alabama on 5/31 for a 6/1 8:00 A.M. pick-up of trailer and did not know that pick-up location had been changed to a location about 25 miles away!! I was e-mailed @ 5:40 P.M. on 5/31 about the change and which I was already on the road traveling. I had made the reservation on 5/25 and thought pick-up was at another closer location. Luckily I called U-Haul (waited 30 Minutes to talk to an agent by the way!!) on my way and then found out about the Pick-up location change. Surely U-Haul does not wait until the last minute to inform everyone of changes like these. I'm wondering if my Trailer reservation was given to someone else at the last minute, which put me at a real inconvenience of having to drive another fifty miles round trip to get a trailer!! This is the only real gripe or compliant that I had. Thanks, Danny Stenz
